The 200-hour of Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training course consists of theory and practical classes in the basics of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with knowledge of all contemporary styles of yoga. From here, you can learn the innermost real essence of yoga which is mentioned in the traditional books, Vedas, Bhagavad Gita, Puranas, Upanishads and how yoga got modified into different styles and all contemporary styles of yoga.

After the completion of the course, the students can start their own yoga center, give yoga therapy to the public. Duration

The duration of the course is of 28 days of 200-hour, it includes theory and practical sessions from Monday to Saturday. There is no class on Sunday so you can go on-site visits. After the completion of the course, the students can start their own yoga center, give yoga therapy to the public.
