The accommodation options are on private and double room occupancy basis. You will have your own private room and bathroom to take comfort in. Vinyasa Yoga Shala believes that it is important for each student to have their own private sanctuary in order to retreat inwards, reflect, and recharge after an intense day of class.

Each room is furnished with a wardrobe, table and chairs, and a private bathroom. A 24-hour hot and cold water facility for a soothing warm shower after a full day of practice is also offered.

A 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive course that covers Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa flow Yoga, Breathing techniques, Meditation, Pranayama, anatomy & physiology of body in a yogic way, philosophy of yoga, the classical way of learning from experienced teachers and gurus. Mudras

Yogic Mudras (gestures) are a combination of subtle physical movements which alter mood, attitude and perception and which deepen awareness and concentration.

A mudra may involve the whole body in a combination of asana, pranayama, bandha and visualization techniques, or it may be a simple hand position. The aim is to create fixed, repetitive postures and Gestures which can snap the practitioner out of instinctive habit pattern and establish a more refined consciousness.

Professeurs

Ashish Rawat
Ashish is well versed with asanas and in teaching them to his students. He has been teaching in Rishikesh and other parts of the country for the last seven years. Ashish studied yoga at the famous International Vishwaguru School of Yoga Vedniketandham in Rishikesh. He has obtained his masters' degree in yogic sciences from Sanskrit University in Uttarakhand. He has also attended several workshops and seminars on physical education, sports training, and yoga in various parts of the country. Teaching Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow & adjustment alignment of Postures.
Vikas Rawat
Vikas is an award-winning Vinyasa teacher who has most recently competed in the World Yogasan Championship. Vikas has studied yoga at the famous International vishwaguru School of Yoga Vedniketandham in Rishikesh. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in yogic science, developing his knowledge and his passion further along by following in the footsteps of gurus in Rishikesh. Vikas has been professionally teaching yoga for the past four years in Rishikesh, dedicated to helping each student to achieve spiritual union.

Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), from where you can take a domestic flight to Jolly Grant Airport Dehradun (DED). Upon your arrival, we have a complimentary taxi waiting for you, which will bring you from Dehradun airport to our yoga school at Upper Tapovan, Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh.

ARRIVAL BY BUS

From the Delhi airport, you can get a taxi to bring you to Delhi ISBT bus station. From there you can find many government and private transportation to bring you to Rishikesh. Once you arrive at Rishikesh bus station, your complimentary pick up will be waiting for you to bring you to our yoga school at Upper Tapovan, Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh.

ARRIVAL BY TRAIN

The nearest railway station is Rishikesh train station and Haridwar Train Station. From there you will find many buses, taxis and other transportation services that will bring you to Rishikesh. If you want Vinyasa Yogashala to help you arrange transportation from Haridwar or Rishikesh, kindly let them know.
