    Villa Konstantin offers an intimate setting close to town, but quietly located, with stunning sunset seas views. It has various types of rooms, from twin rooms to luxury newly designed rooms

    The simple room

    The simple room has their own with bathroom, fridge, TV and Wi-Fi.


    The Studio rooms have a king sized double bed, bathroom, small kitchen corner, TV, WiFi, terrace and sea view.

    The Triple Studio rooms have their own bathroom, kitchen corner, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi and terrace.

    The luxury studio

    It is newly designed, with Jacuzzi spa bath on the terrace with sea view. The luxury room has a king size bed, ultra-modern bathroom, large terrace and sea view, full TV, and Wi-Fi.

    Morning yoga classes will be a mixture of classical Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow (one breath per movement sequences), along with Iyengar style segments of structural alignment. Evening classes will range from Hatha and Vinyasa to Restorative and Yin yoga. Yin yoga will focus more on the inner ligaments, holding poses for longer duration to draw deeper into the body and mind.


    Focus on cultivating a meditation practice with movement to heat up the body and finding equal stillness to really listen to your heart. Unearth the desires of your heart and beginning a practice of visualizing them so vividly that the energy proceeds form and changes our lives for the better. Utilize breath work to shake out unconscious breathing patterns and further free the mind.


    Proper alignment in common poses with the help of a partner. Fun and hands on. Find tools to create freedom of movement in life through exercises that can be done in your car or at a desk. De-mystify common yoga cues and find your Divine alignment of spine.

    Joy & Mindfulness

    Poses that enhance Joy and how to find more freedom in your life. Thoughts and movements that bring out your inner child. Silence the critic and smile and laugh. Unstick the stuck. Mindfulness in practice, self, thoughts, with others, food, words, etc. Slowing down and being present in each moment thereby enhancing joy and connection with others and yourself.

    The Journey

    Tying it all together. Yoga is the journey. The Practice. What to do when the waves of doubt, insecurity and fear move through your life. How to find balance and use the tools from the previous workshops to constantly move toward feeling good in body and mind.


    • The teacher is Frances Rivera and she will also be offering optional workshops throughout the week as well as the twice daily yoga classes.

    Classes technique

    The classes will have a great emphasis on the connection with the breath and body, practicing Asana with a Pranayama technique known as Ujjayi breathing. All core asanas will be modeled and explained from the base up, covering proper alignment, rotations, and action in each posture. The goal will not be simply to do yoga, but to learn, observe, and experience ones body, from the material to the esoteric. You have become accustomed to receive your healing from an external source, but yoga must be experienced daily from the inside out. Villa Konstantin Retreats will offer a diversity of classes and styles. These will appeal to everyone, whether you are a seasoned yogi or a newcomer.

    Villa Konstantin Retreat is perfectly located only 700 metres from the town, perched high up on the North hillside with spectacular sunset sea views but close enough to walk to the famous nightlife although the months of May, June and September are much more relaxing for those of you who are looking for a less frantic pace. This is small intimate complex of rooms and studios designed to have a very relaxed feel and to make you feel very much at home.     During your stay at the Villa Konstantin, near Mykonos town, guests have the opportunity to visit the islands sites and get acquainted with its rich history. Mykonos town is the ideal spot for a nonchalant stroll, admiring the whitewashed houses and narrow alleyways, and visiting the Church of Panagia Paraportiani, the famous windmills, and the wonderful museums.

    Alefkandra, the Little Venice of Mykonos, is a picturesque port, packed with quaint taverns, cafes, and bars. Other sites worth visiting are the Monastery of Panagia Tourlianis in Ano Mera, the three Hellenistic towers, the well of Giannaros in Platis Gialos, and the Prehistoric ruins in the area of Panormos Bay.

    Mykonos beaches

    Mykonos is also very famous for its beaches, most of which have soft sand and clear waters, as well as beach bars and cafes. On the Mykonos beaches of Paradise, Super Paradise, Psarou, Platis Gialos, Agios Stefanos, Panormos, and Ornos, you will find sunbathed people relaxing and socializing. These are the trendy beaches, where most of the young visitors go. There are also more secluded Mykonos beaches, where you can find a quiet spot to enjoy your swim, such as Elia, Ftelia, Paraga, and Agrari.

    Island of Delos

    A one-day trip to the island of Delos is an optional extra of this retreat. The neighbouring island of Delos is the spiritual jewel of the Cyclades islands and the birthplace to the Greek God Appollo. Boats trips to Delos run daily in the summer months. The tour boat departs early in the morning and the visit lasts about four hours. You should be back in Mykonos in the early afternoon, just in time for a refreshing swim and lunch.
