Monday: Arrival and connection

13:00 - 15:00:

  • Arrive at Vagabond Temple and settle into your home-like retreat surrounded by lush greenery.

15:00 - 16:00:

  • Opening community circle - Connect with fellow participants, set intentions, and begin the journey with movement and sharing.

16:30 - 18:00:

  • Kundalini yoga and breathwork - Energize your body and balance your emotions with dynamic practices.

18:00 - 19:00:

  • Dinner - Nourish yourself with wholesome, plant-based Sri Lankan food.

19:00 - 20:00:
