During the retreat, you will be staying at The Old Sir Walter Tyrell House. It is a historic four-bed house, located in beautiful woodland and boasts a toasty warm wood burner, beautifully appointed rooms, and luxury finishes, making you feel at home yet indulged. It is the perfect country escape that is potential for lovely walks and fresh air.
There are plenty of cozy seating areas by the fire and outdoors to lounge and socialize. There is a living room which has a leather chesterfield, large sofa, providing ample seating for evenings spent or playing the many board games, or just chatting the night away in front of the log burning fire.
As an experienced Ashtanga and Vinyasa teacher with a knack for pitching, Pip's sessions at just the right level of challenging. Pip will help you get the most out of your daily yoga practice. Thanks to her passion for electronic and house music, none of her classes would be complete without a curated soundtrack to get the vibes flowing. Trained by Brian Cooper of Union Yoga (200-hour RYT), she has recently practiced under the guidance of John Scott, David Keil, and Dena Kingsberg, sharing their ethos and teachings in her classes. She is warm, witty, and is great to be around.

You will be served daily breakfast and dinner as well as morning cleansing refreshments, hot lemon, and herbal tea. Afternoon tea and cake on the last day and juice for nutrition workshop are also included. Tonic Retreats' ethos is simple. They believe in nourishing you from the inside out, so the vegetarian dishes are packed with flavor, nutrients, and energy. They want to inspire you with their menu, so their aim is to create healthy balanced food.
They get excited about variety, taking inspiration from their destinations and experimenting with the produce on offer. They also work with local suppliers, not supermarket chains, because they know that conscious people like you, care about the quality of food that you put into your body and where it comes from.
Tonic Retreats use local produce and they cook from scratch. The meals are vegetarian, giving your digestive system a break and allowing you to eat clean, wholesome meat-free food. You will feel lighter and your taste buds will be delighted.
During your free time, you can walk through the countryside, book a relaxing massage treatment with the on-site holistic healing therapist, or take an optional inversion workshop with Pip.
