Throughout the trip, there will be 4 guides:

Valérie will translate Geshela's teachings from English to French.

The accommodations are of an Indian standard of 2 to 3 stars or equivalent depending on the location. The bathrooms are always private.

Is this trip for me?

The Tibetan practices absolutely do not require you to be:

  • Young
  • Flexible
  • Strong
  • Buddhist
  • Vegan
  • Serene with a super calm mind

If you are more

  • Senior
  • With the body a little stiff by long hours behind the computer
  • With muscles soggy from doing nothing, sitting all day
  • Atheist or practitioner of any religion
  • Meat eater

Yes, it is open to everyone! Then this trip is for you because you will decompress from the fact that you are going to experience a welcome change of scenery.

Except it won't last. And the shock of returning to the office will be hell, so... the 2nd point is the main thing will be to learn conscious, simple and direct gestures, movements and breathing, which will allow you to take with you well-being tools to use daily in the office, at home, etc.

Finally, if you are already calm, serene, relaxed, then you can go even deeper to meet an inner universe that is just waiting to be revealed!
