You will have daily practices of Hatha Raja, Dharma, Nidra, and Vinyasa yoga as well as meditation and theory classes. This retreat is suitable for beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

There is a strong relationship between your ability to love and your inner body of channels, chakras, and prana. Great yogis of ancient times mapped out this inner body and found out methods of using yoga not only for enhancing health, but also for spiritual development, deeper knowledge, and for a greater capacity to love.

It’s essential that you have a daily diet of meditation practice. That’s exactly what this series of classes deliver, all in a sweet combination of traditional instructions, practical advice, and ancient guided meditations.

This retreat will cover the topics below.

  • How karma works
  • The definition and nature of karma
  • Good, bad, and neutral karma
  • Karma of body, speech, and mind
  • The definition of virtue and non-virtue
  • Black and white deeds
