The Yoga Bubble home is secluded and tranquil, offering you breathtaking sunsets and a chance to reconnect with nature. The large, Andalusian style villa can easily accommodate up to 10 people. The Villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs has a spacious living room with kitchen and large communal dining table. The living room has Wi-Fi, views of the ocean, a large comfortable seating area with access to the terrace. There is air conditioning, 2 fireplaces, and heating. The large terraces offer great views of the surroundings and the Costa de la Luz. Downstairs is another living room with a woodstove and small downstairs kitchen.

Our large fully equipped yoga shala is situated downstairs, a peaceful and spacious place away from distractions. There is also an abundance of outdoor space on the terraces and in the garden for yoga, meditation, and pranayama.

All rooms are bright and airy, include cleaning service on request, bed linen, and towels.



Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®). Registration with Yoga Alliance provides a globally recognized credential.

The Yoga Bubble team of experienced teacher trainers will guide you through the four weeks ensuring you get the most personalized experience so that your personal practice and your teaching skills can flourish. The course is rooted in the fundamentals of Ashtanga which will provide you a sturdy base to explore the alignment and anatomy of the postures and the development of Vinyasa Flow yoga.

The course

The Yoga Bubble Yoga Teacher Training Course meets the standards of Yoga Alliance. The course is spread over four weeks giving you time to fully immerse yourself into the learning and teaching experience. Small groups (maximum 15) allow the teachers to give you the tailored and individual experience you need to feel well prepared and confident after your graduation.

Course objectives

  • Have a sound foundational knowledge of modern and yogic anatomy
  • Teach a 60-minute Ashtanga based Vinyasa Flow lesson to your peers including pranayama and meditation
  • Develop your yoga asana and pranayama practice, increasing strength, flexibility, and focus
  • Be familiar with the main teachings of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras
  • Learn about different aspects of yogic lifestyles, such as Ayurveda and Kriyas

Asana practice

Your morning asana class will be a focused on you learning the Ashtanga primary series as a foundation for your development as teachers. The first two weeks of your course you will be led through the whole series by your lead teacher and be adjusted and corrected by the assistant.

When the group is ready, you will transition into the more traditional Mysore, self-practice style of Ashtanga yoga. The practice is geared towards both experienced Ashtangis and those not so familiar with the series. Self-practice is not only an excellent way to work with the students individually, but also great for those with less experience to familiarize themselves with a practice they can safely and confidently perform without guidance upon completion of the course.

Practice on Wednesday and Saturdays will be broken up by a Vinyasa Flow class with a specific aim or theme. For example, Wednesday's class could focus on arm balancing and Saturday's class aimed at leaping into hanumanasana. These classes will serve as an excellent example for those that want to develop their teaching in the style of Vinyasa Flow.

Pranayama / meditation

Within your pranayama / meditation session, you will be guided through all the basic pranayama (breathing) techniques. By the end of the course, you will have developed your own sequence of pranayama techniques that you will be able to self-practice and take away with you into the world.

Breath is your bridge between the mental and physical, the subtle and tangible parts of your being. Pranayama's benefits, when practiced regularly are significant and can transform one's mental clarity and self-control.

During the early morning hours, you will also hold group meditations, these will be a mixture of guided and unguided. The guided meditations will be influenced by Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and will, therefore, serve as a tool to quiet the mind, focus, and become present.

Theory classes will explain the benefits accompanying these breathing and meditation techniques enabling you to practice effectively during guided classes.

Anatomy and alignment

These classes will be structured through the Ashtanga primary series. Running through all the postures as they appear, interweaving a modern anatomical approach, so that the knowledge is applied and applicable to the practice and teaching of yoga. A few classes will also be dedicated to the alignment of postures that do not appear within the series to support your learning within the teaching methodology module.

This class is also an excellent opportunity to explore your own practice and learn the suitable modifications for your own body and others.

Teaching methodology and practicum

This module focuses on the skills needed to become a successful, engaging and adaptable yoga teacher. The class centers around peer led feedback and practical activities so that you begin to teach in the very first lesson.

By the end of the module, the aims are that you will have designed a well-planned and practiced 60-minute Flow class base that you will be able to take with you wherever you go and adapt to your audience. You will also have the tools and knowledge to be able to design and plan a range of classes, based on different themes and geared to different levels.

Yoga philosophy

Philosophy class will focus on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, covering the main sutras within the first two chapters and the eight limbs as understood in both a traditional and contemporary context by comparing different translations and interpretations. Special focus will be given to the Yamas and Niyamas, the ethical code of the eight limb system and how you can interpret these teachings into your lives as students and teachers.

Lascel De La' Bruvs
Lascel was born in Whitechapel in London's East End. It was during his studies as a keen music technology student that a traumatic life-changing event eventually led him to his passion for teaching yoga. Lascel's 1000+ hours in various teacher trainings, along with many years of experience as a full-time teacher teaching practitioners of all abilities and dispositions, along with his continued passion for his own practice and continued learning are what inspires him to teach from the heart in a compassionate, dynamic, fun and inclusive style.
Morwenna Truscott
Morwenna discovered Ashtanga yoga whilst training as a dancer at The Laban Centre in London. It soon became a part of her life, developing alongside her career as a dance teacher, eventually overtaking it all together. Drawing from her dance background and yoga experience, she teaches flowing Vinyasa classes with creative transitions and dynamic sequencing. Imaginative cueing allows her students to gain greater insight into their individual body alignments and develop a deeper awareness of their own physicality.
Amelia Valls
Amelia's journey as a teacher started 12 years ago, having been trained in Pilates, fitness, and personal training. She worked with a diverse range of people and communities. At that point, she realized how much she loved to help people have a better, active life and decided to study a degree in exercise and sports sciences in Spain. As a teacher, Amelia is unwaveringly attentive and possesses the rare gift of making learning fun and enjoyable. Ask her any question about functional anatomy and her creative response will provide you with the most accessible answer.

Finca La Vina is enchantingly tucked away in the rolling hills of Southern Spain and set within its own large private grounds, complete with outdoor pool. Finca La Vina is the perfect place to fully immerse yourself, unwind, and relax.

The terraces and gardens of the minimal yet warm and homely, rustic, large Spanish villa offer stunning 360-degree views ranging from the breathtaking coastline of Conil de la Frontera to El Palmar, before sweeping through to tranquil views over the serene, infinite countryside of Andalucía. A selection of long sandy beaches, majestic cliff top walks and encapsulating pine forests are only 15 minutes drive away.

The hilltop town of Vejer de la Frontera is also only a 15-minute drive away. A truly picturesque white housed town typical of the area. Vejer is a town steeped in history, having been used as a fortress town by the Phoenicians, then later by the Romans prior to its five centuries of the Moorish rule until it was captured by King Ferdinand of Castille in 1248.

The villa is also perfectly situated to visit nearby areas such as Cadiz, Seville, Tarifa, and Gibraltar. You could even take a day trip over to Morroco.

Please book your flight to arrive at Jerez Airport (XRY). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request. Alternatively, you can also arrive at Gibraltar International Airport (GIB) or Seville Airport (SVQ).
