TAYSP accommodates their guests in a fully equipped house with a comfortable single or double occupancy rooms at Land and House Park close to the Yoga Shala. It's a big private and quiet area in a serene lush tropical setting near the lake.

Programme

The anti-aging and yoga retreat in Phuket, Thailand is a comprehensive therapeutic package developed to help you get your life back on the right track. The human body is like a clock - as the hands move round, we get a little bit older. Every second, millions of cells in our body die and are being disposed, while millions more appear and substitute them. This process is supposed to take place in harmony and balance, but it does not always happen the way it has been designed. Unfortunately, not all weak cells die and leave the body; some of them remain stuck and occupy essential space, using vital energies and preventing the rejuvenation of the body. These dead cells that do not leave the body group into colonies that weaken the immune system.

What is the aging process? A new cell is a kind of copy of the previous one, but it is weaker; since the weaker cells replace the previous strong ones, the body is continuously experiencing the aging process. Due to factors like pollution, low quality food, water spoiled by industrial emissions, overuse of medicine, electromagnetic emanations, and stress, the quality of new cells is much lower that it could be. Anti-aging therapies

In this retreat, you will be treated to a unique combination of nutritious fruit and vegetable juices which have a direct impact on the metabolism - slowing down some bodily processes and speeding others up.

A wide range of cleansing cocktails will be also available; they are used additionally for reaching better results. Using traditional Indian Ayurvedic herbal medicine based on natural ingredients, you will be very effectively and harmlessly helped to clean your intestines without dehydrating the body. Since the effect of this treatment is strong, results will be seen in a short time.

One of the most effective parts of the treatment involves the use of live-giving water. During the retreat, regular water will be substituted with alkaline water, known for its therapeutic properties.

The use of herbal brews is another trademark of this retreat. The many healing qualities of herbs will reach you through the provided selection of herbal brews according to your individual needs and traits.

Any bodily dysfunction can be fixed with yoga therapy; specific exercises are used to bring in balance the needed area and strengthen the positive effect of the whole treatment plan.

Cold water treatment boosts the immune system and prepares the body for survival, which leads to bringing in balance all bodily systems and strengthens the effect of the treatment plan.

Korean acupuncture (Su Jok) is another very effective and safe therapy, as the healing process is done using only the surface of the palm. By activating only some spots, hidden resources of the body are opened to enhance the detox process.

One of the most important aspects of the course is meditation, as during the meditation sessions you will experience the deep purification of the mind, which is actually the initial cause of all bodily troubles. Different and complex meditation techniques will be used.

Sofya is studying under the guidance of R. Sharat Jois at Sri K. Pattabhi Jois Institute in Mysore, India - the place where Ashtanga yoga as a set or asana and pranayama practices was systematized and kept preserved. There in Mysore she was also studying Ayurveda, Sanskrit and ancient yogic texts. She was also trained and certified as Asana and Pranayama teacher at Tattvaa Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. As a Yoga teacher Sofya is also affiliated to Yoga Alliance International. She is known for her warm and light way of teaching yoga, which creates a special atmosphere in her classes.

One of the most important factors that contribute to the successful completion of this retreat is food. A well-planned vegetarian diet can meet the needs of people of all ages, including children, teenagers and pregnant or breast-feeding women.

The retreat offers a wide range of meals based on the knowledge of the qualities of ingredients. Thus, you will be provided with mostly alkaline, Sattvic food. You are advised to pay special attention to this aspect, as following the healthy diet is a big step forward and failing to keep the diet due to a momentary weakness of will is big jump back!

The food plan is created individually for each person according to the recommendations given by the on-site Ayurveda nutrition expert and other specialists. All food offered is guaranteed to be pure and natural and has no GMO products, pesticides, carcinogens or other harmful additives.

Following Chaofa road just turn right before Wat Tai (Temple) and go toward security check post at the entrance of Land & House Park.
