Kundalini is the name of a sleeping potential force in the human being and is situated at the root of the spinal column. With the awakening of Kundalini, the greater intelligence is aroused from its sleep and you can give birth to a new range of creativity. To awaken Kundalini, you must prepare yourself with yoga techniques, becoming aware of the energy within each chakra or energy center of the body.
You will do practices for each individual chakra to purify and make it stronger to handle the Kundalini energy when it awakens. During this seven day program, you will dedicate one day to activate each of the seven chakras with the help of various yogic techniques such as cleansing, asana, pranayama, mudra, bhanda, bija mantras, and meditation.
The result will be a light energized body full of prana shakti, a crystal clear state of mind unlike you’ve experienced before, and a pure blissful state of consciousness. Within a short time frame, you can experience the gift of Kundalini Shakti.
