You can request your choice before the retreat or Swamiji will help decide from the group present at the beginning of the retreat.

Our program assists you establish a daily routine for health and vitality or to deepen your existing practice. Each morning flow will leave you energized for the whole day, while the afternoon meditation helps you to reconnect with your self, starting a transformation toward integration and happiness.

Choice of meditation from the Tantras:

Ajapa Japa

Meditation on the breath with universal or personal mantra, to calm, focus & purify the mind, taking it deeper and connecting with the rhythms of nature and with your Higher Consciousness. The breath is a constant companion and faithful friend.

Antar Mouna meditation

Good for restless minds, children's concentration, good sleep, psychic development, and artistic minds.

Chakra Shuddhi

Swan meditation

Devised by Swami Niranjanji to objectively view your personality, its strengths, weaknesses, ambitions, and seeds. A powerful practice to overcome confusion, find your focus, and create and actualize your future.

Mantra meditations

Experiencing Mantra chanting as Vaikhari (aloud), Manasic (mentally), and Upanshu (silently) through Likhit Jap (writing and drawing mantras), Chankramanam (walking), and finding the best way to benefit from mantras and their associated Yantras (geometric shapes of power).

Naada yoga

The yoga of sound, singing through the chakras, listening to the deep silence, and sourcing the deep vibration.
