Munay Sonqo Retreat and yoga center formerly know as Sach'a Munay is nestled in an oasis of native plants and fruit trees and is nourished by a magnificent waterfall. It is a place to connect to the incredible depth and beauty of what nature offers.

Guided by the power of nature and ancestral spirit, descend deep into your soul in order to bring your own unique gifts to light. This retreat is open to anyone ready to stop searching outside of themselves for the answers and instead uncover and embrace the wisdom and light they already hold within.

School of Sacred Arts will share ancient medicine wheel teachings from across different cultures that provide cycles of finding balance, healing and understanding the true nature of existence. Working with all School of Sacred Arts' different layers of being; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, Simone will share her vast depth of yogic wisdom while their medicine woman, Leticia will share teachings from the Red Road path for full immersion, experiential educational and healing experience.

Set in a luxury perma-culture retreat center in the breathtaking foothills of the Andean mountains. With organic, chef-prepared meals that are grown right here on the land. School of Sacred Arts has exclusive access to a sauna and swimming pool throughout the retreat and at night, you will share songs and stories by the fireside, underneath incredibly clear starlight skies that boast, full view of the Milky Way, Southern Cross and showered with nightly shooting stars.

School of Sacred Arts' plant medicine ceremonies are held by a female medicine woman who holds a powerful and graceful space that allows you to safely journey deep into the unknown. All their Ayahuasca ceremonies are also held using traditional songs of the jungle and live music, this is the real deal set in a safe and nourishing environment.

Some have said it’s the equivalent of 10 years of therapy, for others an embodied understanding of oneness and the spiritual element of the yogic teachings, for others a homecoming to their heart and soul’s purpose. Everyone’s journey is unique and School of Sacred Arts welcome and celebrate it all, know now that if you feel your hearts call to join School of Sacred Arts that all of you is welcome here.

This immersion is structured to honor the energetic cycles of nature and will vary depending on the needs of the group with some days having ceremonies that run well into the evening:

  • Morning asana, pranayama, breathwork, and meditation practices
  • Breakfast
  • Mid-morning: workshops and activities
  • Lunch
  • Daytime: workshops and activities (free time on ceremony days)
  • Dinner
  • Evening: ceremonies, yoga Nidra and dream time
