Come and join this yoga retreat with Restore and Flow Yoga Retreat where you will have 10 yoga practices led by Anna Barrow and Lucie Norris. Building strength and flexibility to your practice, Lucie and Anna will encourage you to take deeper postures and work on that a little bit harder. On this yoga retreat, you will stay for 5 nights at Lila House. The villa can hold up to 14 people and has a beautiful pool. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 1 luxury en-suite room, 2 double rooms, and 2 dorm rooms with bunk beds. The villa has a pool in the garden and several chills out rooms if you want to take some time inside to meditate or read. So, come to this yoga retreat and chill too.
Restore and Flow Yoga Retreat will be focused on breath and the alignment of the body. Natural movements created with the breath to bring asana transitions with ease and comfort.
Both Lucie and Anna are qualified yoga instructors, and with their experience of teaching a variety of classes, they would like to share with people in a beautiful villa in the stunning town of Pals, Spain. You will have yoga practices twice a day in the morning and evening. Lucie will be teaching a Mandala Art Workshop and Anna will be teaching the chanting session.
From a very young age, Lucie has always been interested in health and fitness. She was born in Sheffield, then, after 26 years, she moved to London in 2006. This is where she discovered yoga. Lucie will encourage you to take deeper postures and work that little bit harder. Leaving the class feeling a sense of calm, refreshed, and revitalized.
Anna will be your instructor on this yoga retreat.
This yoga retreat will be held in Girona, Spain where the beach is just a short walk from the house. The closest town is called Pals, which is a stunning example of an attractive traditional Catalan village which you can explore.
On this retreat, you will be served 5 breakfast buffets and 5 dinners. Restore and Flow Yoga Retreat also has a nutritionist / cook onboard for all the healthy and nutritious yet super tasty meals. There are plenty of places to grab a tasty bocadillo (sandwich) or tortilla. The local cuisine is fantastic and this is your opportunity to sample some Catalan delights!
Seasonal fruits, big bowl yogurt, muesli, avocado on toast with seeds, local honey, jam, bread & pastries, a selection of cheeses. fresh juices, various herbal teas, and coffee.
Gaspacho, fresh fish with salsa verde, roasted red pepper hummus with chipotle and crudités, spinach frittata, jeweled quinoa salad, guacamole, spiced prawns with spinach and coconut, middle eastern rice, spaghetti puttanesca (gluten free pasta is available) with salad, paella, salad, raw lime tart (avocado's dates and almonds).
