Certifications

Paros Yoga Shalla's teacher training course has met the stringent requirements set by Yoga Alliance Professionals. The graduates are trained to the highest standard and are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance Professionals. This course is taught by Irana Ji An who is a Yoga Alliance Professionals Senior Yoga Teacher and teaches 70% of the course.

Comprehensive program on achieving personal well-being through yoga and Ayurveda, as well as teacher training (registered at the 200-hour level with Yoga Alliance). This program will offer you a solid foundation in traditional yoga from Patanjali to Krishnamacharya, combined with science and modern developments.This program is intended for:

Irana Ji An
Irana Ji An Fouroulis is a senior yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga for more than a decade and living and practicing yoga for more than 20 years. She is the founder, owner, and director of Paros Yoga Shala and Paros Yoga Retreats and Workshops. Irana has dwelt in different lineages of yoga (Sivananda, Ashtanga, Hatha, Anusara, Jivamukti, Bhakti Flow, Prana, Vinyasa, Yin, therapeutics, and Integral) throughout her yoga-life journey. She is also a master meditation teacher and a pregnancy and kids yoga teacher. Irana focuses on chakra work, mantra, pranayama, yoga Nidra, and meditation.

Please book your flight to arrive at Paros National Airport (PAS). You can fly to Athens International Airport (ATH) with Easyjet or Ryanair and then fly to Paros National Airport (PAS) with Aegean Airlines. Transfers from port of arrival can be arranged for 35 EUR per transfer.

Arrival by bus

A bus shuttles from Athens International Airport (ATH) to Piraeus port. From there, you can take a boat.

Arrival by ferry / boat

You can take a boat from Piraeus to Paros. Boats depart daily from Piraeus at 07:25 and arrive to Paros at 11:40. Boats depart daily from Paros at 19:15 and arrive Piraeus at 23:15.
