This is a tropical surf camp in front of the beach, where temperatures always invite to relax and enjoy the ocean. Estero is an excellent sandy beach located beside one of the best surfing spots all over the world, Santa Catalina. In this beach break, the bottom is fine sand, what makes the waves more gentle for the beginners, and there are soft waves to practice.
You will be staying at Hostal Aguas Verdes which is located by the entrance of the Estero beach. The accommodations are simple, comfortable, and new. Each studio room fits six people and the Green rooms fit four people.
Rooms are in front of the beach, with private toilet, kitchen area, living room, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and refrigerator. The rooms are neither big nor small and located in a fresh and green area. The rooms fit more than three people.
The staff is very experienced and can teach you surfing in the best fashion. The daily surf lessons are complemented with yoga practice by the beach so you refresh your body and soul.

In this surf camp, yoga is complimentary. The teachings for beginners and based on 100 poses and asanas of hatha yoga The sessions are made at the beach by sunset or early morning. Advanced yin yoga classes are done by Ian (one of the best teachers in Panama) at his yoga studio in town. To be a good surfer, you must have your body trained, strong, and flexible, your muscles prepared for hard paddling and balancing, and your mind clear and free from any stress. Nothing can help you better than yoga! It will help you not only correct, improve your posture, and prevent any injury in the water but also increase your energy that you need in the ocean.
