The yoga teachings are for beginners and they are based on 100 Hatha yoga poses at the hotel's yoga studio. To be a good surfer, you must have your body trained, strong and flexible, your muscles prepared for hard paddling and balancing, and your mind clear and free from any stress. The island barbecue is made on the little island in front of Santa Catalina village. You will go by boat and take SUPs and snorkeling gear so you can enjoy the deserted island white sand beach.The hiking tour, which takes about one hour, is made on a hill beside the village that has an incredible view of the sunset and surroundings.
