During the retreat, you will stay in comfortable accommodations based on double or triple sharing at the beautiful Villa Aventuro in Athens, Greece.

Beginning of the class

Pranayama and prayer

You will have 10 minutes of ceremonial beginning to a class by setting an intention or focusing on your practice. A detoxing breath exercise will warm the body from the inside out, release tension, and allow you to go physically deeper into the yoga practice.

Vinyasa Flow yoga

The 60 minutes of healing flowing movement will encourage self-exploration and emotional release on a cellular level and have a positive renewed effect on the body and mind. Classes are open to all levels and will always have modification poses.

End of the class

Savasana and relaxation

This includes 10 minutes of visualization and body scanning to absorb benefits and regulate the body.


Meditation helps you to focus on calming the mind. Your minds are like monkeys jumping around all day, leaving you exhausted or stressed out as you juggle work, home, family, and business. The practice of simple meditation techniques even done for 10 minutes daily can help you to relax deeply and feel rejuvenated as you feel instantly calm.

Mindfulness meditation is a more focused way of observing the sensations both inside and outside your bodies. The focus is on the heightened senses of touch, sound, sights, and your feelings as you experience them and become more mindful of your inner and outer space.

Both sessions are 15 to 20 minutes only but will be led with easy-to-follow instructions, followed by a 10-minute relaxation session to help those who find it hard to fall asleep.


Sejal will be doing workshops, presentation, and entertainment. She is trained to work with victims of domestic violence and has been a professional trainer in domestic abuse and legislation for the last 10 years. She currently works within a specialist unit with the police.

She is experienced in public speaking and has delivered many workshops on personal safety, positivity, and mindfulness. She is also a Bollywood dancer and choreographer in her spare time and a keen fitness fanatic.

Apart from the yoga and meditation sessions, you will have a half-day excursion to Cape Sounion, Temple of Poseidon. There will also be activities on the beach, which is a 10 to 15-minute walk.

  • Maryem Boulahri

    Maryem is an experienced and supportive yoga teacher offering one-on-one private sessions, sports programs for athletes, workplace well-being programs, as well as yoga for children, special needs, and corporate events. The styles she teaches are grounded in sports science and traditional methods of practice. These styles include Forrest yoga, Anusara-inspired Vinyasa flow yoga, Restorative injury rehabilitation, mindfulness, yoga Nidra, and yoga therapy.

  • Nirmala Bhojani

    Nirmala is a founder of WOW Women of the World. She will be conducting workshops to practice the modern techniques of mindfulness.

This retreat will take place in Athens, Greece.

You will be served nutritious meals, juices, and herbal teas daily.
