You will be accommodated in Sunny Hotel which is bright and clean rooms where you feel comfortable and relax. In the room, clean bed sheets, blankets, and pillows will be provided. Every room has AC and attached bathroom with cold and hot water 24 hours. The sunny hotel gives 24 hours free Wi-Fi and room service. Your Yoga studio is five minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Note: For sharing room, if there is not any sharing partner and if you will be single in the sharing room the cost will be same as private room

Programme

Mandala studio is not only limited in the yoga classes this studio gives international level yoga teacher training course with expertise teacher from Nepal,India (chief guest) and some are international professional teacher. This yoga school is well known for authentic yoga and spiritual learning academy based on spiritual and scientific research focuses on authentic teaching, practice, and Theory on the Dynamci and traditional scientific yogic way.

The aim of this training is to spared authentic traditional yoga and dynamic yoga world wide. Mandala yoga studio are certified from Yoga alliance you will get Yoga alliance certificate after the course complete. 200 hour YTT is a traditional yoga training program and this is a wide-ranging course recognized to work with many sides involved in the study of yoga.

This also involves practical and theoretical applications to all aspects of yoga beginner to advanced parts following the teaching method of Gurukul Kangari University (107 years old Yoga University at Haridwar in India). In the theoretical part, mantras are chanted every day and the class is conducted by the certified Yoga teachers of India, Nepal and International Teacher.

During the course you will be built up your stronger base in the yoga field. The course is designed to make students confident and effective in yoga instruction. These courses are often led by human composition to explain the correlation of yogic science and the human body.   • 50 hour will be non-contact hour for pre-study and pre-reading of the course

Certification

Mandala Yoga Studio and Spa provides a range of different yoga teacher training courses which will be started from the first day of every month. They also provide a government approved and accredited “Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training” (CTEVT) and Yoga Alliance (International certified). Notes:

  • Please note that the schedule is subject to change.
  • All yoga materials are available in the studio, but if you prefer to practice on your own mat, you can bring your own mat or buy a new one.
  • You don’t need special shoes as classes are solely barefoot.
  • You have to arrive one day before the starting date (the accommodation before and after the start of the course will be at your own cost). Your departure day is on day 22 of the course, which means after you finish the course and exam.

Excursions

During the training, there will be a one day trip to some of the most beautiful places in Kathmandu Valley. In this trip, your teacher will let you know about that place's and history.

On the same day morning, you will be taken to Osho tapoban ashram for dynamic meditation which is in the mountain, inside forest. According to the course, you will have Dynamic meditation so you will practice Dynamic meditation in osho tapoban ashram.

Kriti Karki
Kriti Karki is the owner and the instructor of Mandala Studio Yoga & Spa. Kriti was very young when she suffered from serious asthma and she recovered after her father (Dr. SB Karki) decided to teach yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises to her with the practice of healthy yogic food routine. Since then, Kriti has developed the penchant for yoga and making it a daily routine.
Yogacharya Dipendra Bhatt
Yogacharya Deependra Bhatt was awarded a scholarship for Masters degree in Yoga Science, from Haridwar, India (2012-2014) against my service. Also, He worked for the Department of Research on Yoga Philosophy and was responsible for providing data of Ancient Yoga scriptures from Department of Archaeology, Kathmandu. It helped him understand better Yoga and he always wanted to be a Yogi.
Swami Basu Samarpan
Swami Basu Samarpan is a spiritual seeker and a Reiki master and also yoga and meditation instructor who is a unique and ordinary human soul with all the gifts of nature. He has completed his master degree (M.A.) in Buddhist religion and philosophy in first degree honor from the Tribhuvan University (T.U.), Kathmandu, Nepal, and has been awarded to his many social activities. And as a Buddhist scholar, he is also contributing to share Buddha’s message through different means and ways.

Repas

A yoga diet is built around eating to nourish the body and having a healthy relationship with food. We give yoga diets consist of food grown naturally and harmoniously with nature seasonable fresh vegetables and fruits to stems from the idea that food is the creator of prana (life force), which sustains the physical body and mind.

The yogic food is all vegetarian because it simplifies the development of sattva, which is the concept of ahimsa (non-violence). Our food is prepared with love, peace, gratitude and positive intention, in order to increase and sustain prana.

Please don’t expect for any pizza, momo, chow-mine or burger because you are in yogic life so you will be given light hygienic food to detoxified the body and to improve and heal the body aura.
