Come to this Nada yoga of sound retreat in Greenwich, United Kingdom. Learn ancient techniques of the Himalayas, healing with Tibetan singing bowls. You will be discovering the history of the bowls and their role in the Himalayas, the methods of self-healing and healing of other people, the science behind healing with vibration and sound, and the latest scientific research in the world. Participants will be provided with certification by Vibroacoustic Therapy Association at the end of the course.

Powerful ancient science of healing with the sound has a long story. For many centuries, the monks, the doctors, the shamans, and common people of Japan, Bhutan, Nepal, India, and Tibet have been using the bowls for healing body and soul, for meditation, and rituals. They believed in special powers of the bowls, which were the medium between themselves and cosmic consciousness. Some practices were secret and were shared only between the monks and shamans.
Everyone knows that sound and vibration can heal and harm; therefore, many sacred techniques are still hidden away for good reasons. The science started to research the impact of vibration and sound on the human in XIX century. Einstein, Tesla, and all believed in the incredible power of vibration and resonance. Later, few scientists were able to shut cancer and leukemia cells in the human body with the resonance.
Himalayan singing bowls are becoming more and more popular in recent years with Tibetan lamas traveling the world, and yogis incorporating the bowls into group meditations.

You don't need to have Tibetan bowls with you as Lola Lhamo Healing Yoga & Sound will be providing one for training. If you have the bowl, do bring it. Sometimes Lola Lhamo Healing Yoga & Sound has full moon bowls for sale and will always give recommendations how to choose and where to buy the bowl.
Lola Lhamo is a yoga teacher and massage therapist with 15 years experience. She is the founder of Vibroacoustic Therapy Association with deep connections with Tibetan Buddhism. She helped in building Buddhist Peace Stupa at Roerich Museum, traveled in India and Nepal to places of powers with lamas. She learned the techniques of working with the bowls from Tibetan lamas and also by practicing with other masters of the bowls.
This weekend yoga retreat will take place in Greenwich, London, United Kingdom. Greenwich is an incredible part of London which keeps its traditional charm. There are multiple independent shops, restaurants, cafes, and Greenwich Market. There is Laban Conservatory of Music and Laban Dance center with bright creative shows.
Greenwich Park is a beautiful tranquil natural reserve with beautiful views, Greenwich meridian, Royal Observatory, rose garden, and deer's enclosure. Central London is just 20 minutes away on DLR or by boat. There are multiple independent art spaces, clubs, and events happening around.
You need to arrange your own food. For lunch, the group will be going to Greenwich Market. There are multiple food stalls with all types of cuisines and great London vibe. You are welcome to bring your own food as well.
One-on-one vibroacoustic massages and sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls are available at an extra cost.
Please book your flights to arrive at Gatwick Airport (LGW). From there, you can take a train to Greenwich.
