During the retreat, you will stay in a stunning, newly-renovated, large, stone cottage, with spacious, comfy, country rooms. The rooms offer open fireplaces, luxurious en-suite rooms, snug room, and tranquil studio space. The single occupancy option has limited availability. For you who are in a group of three, one very large attic room, also en-suite, is available.

Your exciting yoga holiday in the United Kingdom starts on Friday, May 5, 2017. Following your arrival, you may relax before starting your activities. Set in Thrupp, on the Oxford Canal, the retreat will help you immerse in nature, with walks along the canal, woodland, or open countryside.

For a strong core and long lean muscles, work up a sweat with fun fitness class's, followed by a flowing energizing Vinyasa Yoga Flow. These complementary activities will diminish stress, boost your strength, and leave you feeling completely rejuvenated. This retreat will include a 1-1 lifestyle and nutrition consultation as well.

During this holiday, you will have the opportunity to enjoy country or canal walks in the surrounding area.

    Still Flowing Yoga Teacher Training Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Vinyasa Yoga)

    Lisa has been practicing yoga for 20 years and has just returned back from living and teaching in the French Alps. Lisa has also attended yoga workshops in London, India, and Thailand to continue her learning. She qualified in Vinyasa flow 200-hour teacher training in 2009 in Ibiza, Mediterranean Sea.

This yoga retreat will take place in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside; in the United Kingdom.

During this retreat, you will have the opportunity to savor delicious meals. Amazing, buffet-style brunches and dinners will be served every day, and teas, as well as fresh fruit will also be available.

During your stay in Kidlington, you may stroll the street and explore the area. If you feel more adventurous, canoes can be hired from the local rental shop.

To soothe those sore muscles, enjoy a well-deserved therapeutic massage at an additional cost. Sports Therapy or lava stones massage are available to book for 30 or 60 minute sessions.
