The accommodation is mainly in beach huts. They are equipped with air conditioner and fan to keep you cool. Beds have specially-designed mosquito nets to help protect you as you sleep peacefully through the night. The huts have open air en-suite bathrooms so you can have the extraordinary experience of taking a shower under swinging palm trees, blue skies, or the stars and moon.
The huts are equipped with Western-style toilets, hot rain water shower, and a big wash basin. Rooms are cleaned daily or on request. Each hut or room has a sea-facing balcony with comfortable seating where you can relax, read, listen to the sound of the waves, and watch monkeys jumping from one palm tree to another.

Life is Celebration / YogaBlooming also provides accommodation in rooms on the first floor of a big stone house, which is also few meters from the beach. These rooms have light-colored walls and ceramic tiles floors.

During this week, expect the traditional blended with the modern. The ancient yoga Vedas state that the four pillars of life are dharma (purpose), artha (abundance or wealth), kama (pleasure), and moksha (spiritual pursuit). This is what you will be exploring through yoga postures, embodiment of the seven energy centers or chakras, meditation, and breathing exercises.
In addition, you will be working with your unique individual design using modern bio-metric analysis, and symbolic and systemic modelling transformation tools. These will give you the opportunity to explore and build a relationship with the real inner you so you can be yourself and not a copy of someone else.
There will be twice daily yoga classes to free and expand your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health so you feel more alive, joyful, receptive, and responsive to life.
It is an invigorating, flowing practice in the morning to energize and develop inner and outer vitality. There will be energizing breathing exercises and more active meditation, including morning silent walking meditation along the beach.
It is a more restorative, reflective evening sunset session, including gentle, balancing breathing exercises, and seated meditation.
These facilitated group sessions are great for delving more deeply into yoga as a way of life. You will explore the spiritual and philosophical aspects of yoga as a way to go deeper into yourself and meet the real you. It will be an opportunity to share ideas, have discussions, talk, laugh, and make new friends.
You will have an excursion that can be hiking, visit to spice farm, dolphin watching, or cultural sightseeing, depends on availability.
Rosaleen Bloomfield started to practice yoga when she worked in a demanding corporate sales environment, as a way to reduce stress and improve her physical health and well-being. She had a powerful awakening experience in 2001 with the realization that being present in the now and in a state of love and inner bliss is people's true nature. She qualified as a yoga and meditation teacher in 2003 and enjoys guiding yoga practitioners to gently and safely improve their asana practice as well as attaining the peaceful balance of body and mind, directed from the heart and the divine within.
This retreat will take place in Goa, India. Agonda Beach is a beautiful cove of three kilometers long golden-white sand, secluded by palms. It is a laid-back village and the ideal place to get away for some winter sun and fun, and just laze and relax. Nature is at its best there with the beautiful azure sea, palms in the background, and you soaking up every moment in this sensational setting.

Your package includes daily vegetarian breakfast and dinner. At lunch time, you are free to explore and try local cuisine at the very welcoming and relaxing restaurants on the sea front serving delicious Indian vegetarian dishes and other international cuisine, including fresh sea food.
The retreat center grows vegetables and herbs in their own garden. They also bake their own bread and cakes. Cheese comes from local cheese makers and is made using traditional methods, free from artificial or modified ingredients. All products are washed with mineral water before preparation, so you do not have to worry while enjoying fresh salad.
During the retreat, there will be plenty of free time to do whatever will nourish you, stroll along the golden-white sand beach, swim, relax, and chat with new friends, have quiet time, read, have a massage, shop, and enjoy the charm of Agonda village and local amenities
Please book your flight to arrive at Goa International Airport (GOI). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Life is Celebration / YogaBlooming will pick you up from the airport. There are daily flights to Goa International Airport (GOI) from most international airport. You can also fly to Mumbai and take an internal flight like Kingfisher, Spicejet, and other airlines.
