There will be a perfect blend of SUP yoga in nature’s playground with a daily Ayurvedic yoga practice honoring circadian rhythms of the day. Your mornings will be spent building your inner fire while the evenings will bring you back to a relaxed mental and physical state.
Your days will also include workshops with Dr. Jackie Fields focused on unique health topics such as women's health, optimal nutrition, detoxification protocols, optimizing hormonal health, sacred skin care, and gut health.
Naturalists from around the world are attracted to the area’s sheer diversity; desert flora and fauna, mangrove estuaries, and the coastal shorelines make up the intriguing terrain. The area provides nesting sites and migratory habitat for about 210 bird species and a number of endemic species, including the world's largest cactus, black-tailed jack rabbit, ground squirrel, and a variety of reptiles. Valleys covered in the thousands of desert plant varieties lead to ravines and streambeds, the site of a primitive cave, and gorge paintings and carvings.

Clara has taken the teachings of Ayurveda and integrated them into her yoga classes. She offers Ayurvedic consultations and is a certified Ayurvedic therapist. Her passion in this ancient preventative medicine is so huge, she decided to start her own Ayurvedic wellness center. Seeing how Ayurveda changed her life and her family, she dreamed of opening a wellness center that would be a place to meditate, practice yoga, receive Ayurvedic therapies, and get everything you need for an Ayurvedic lifestyle.
A practicing physician since 1993, Jacqueline Fields is board-certified in both family practice and integrative holistic medicine, with additional specialization in functional medicine. She trained during medical school with Dr. Andrew Weil and has worked extensively with the tribal medicine of various cultures around the world. In her practice, she utilizes allopathic medicine as well as integrative modalities. In 2003, Dr. Fields founded The Healing Gardens in Fort Collins, Colorado.
This retreat will take place at Hotel Rancho Las Cruces in Mexico. This historic hotel is an exclusive Baja seaside beach resort located on a natural sanctuary of more than 10,000 acres and seven miles of private pristine coastline. It is situated along the white sandy beaches of the Sea of Cortez. Gaze across the Sea of Cortez to the enchanted Isla Cerralvo, once known to the Spanish conquistadors as the island of pearls.
Unique marine life has created a thriving ecosystem; smaller microorganisms attract the diverse small fish, which then attract larger game fish. Between the waters themselves and the hundreds of islands within, the Sea of Cortez and nearby lagoon Magdalena Bay are active home, birthing, and nesting sites for a large number of marine mammals, birds, and fish, some of which you can only find here. Blue whales, humpback whales, California gray whales, orcas, manta ray, and leatherback sea turtles migrate annually to the area and it is not unlikely to spot a vaquita porpoise speeding alongside your boat or kayak.
Rancho Las Cruces' chefs create delicious, healthy, and customized meals. The menu changes daily integrating a variety of Baja’s freshest fare. Most of the ingredients are procured right here on the property’s huerta, where vegetables and fruits are cultivated and picked daily for your enjoyment. You can on a whale shark tour that includes boat, transport from the ranch, and an awesome picnic lunch on a secret beach which will cost you 100 USD per person.

The drive from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) to Rancho Las Cruces is around three hours and Life Force Project will organize a shuttle to the retreat location for 75 USD round trip per person.
