For this retreat, you will sleep in cozy bamboo huts. Each hut is shared between two people. If you do not have a partner, you will be paired with another student. There are shared bathrooms and shower facilities on site.
Included in the accommodation is a fan, a comfortable mattress, pillows, and fresh linens (changed weekly). Each unit has its electrical socket for the ease of charging devices and, of course, free Wi-Fi. Electricity and water are included, and toilet paper will be provided.

You will learn some small changes you are able to make in your habits, tricks for improvement, and yoga practices.
Everything you will be shown will be easy to implement and good for everyone. You have the power to improve your quality of life. Once you achieve happiness, the world becomes a better place, the earth heals through you.
The yoga sessions will be tailored to detoxify your body and mind. As there are small class sizes, this will make sure you get the most out of your time with the instructors which will work specifically with you on your personal issues (allergies, weight loss, different types of addictions, insomnia, you name it) and set you on a better path.

From early childhood, Vadim was attracted by the spiritual unexplored, one of the highlights of his life, he believes it was a visit to the Buddhist monastery, from that moment, something had changed inside and into the place of the numerous theory, the practice came. It was Hatha yoga and Anapanasati meditation. Every year for two or three months, he served time as a monk in a Buddhist monastery, which allowed him to get to know this tradition closely. The courses of Thai massage and yoga were finished. At the moment in his life, there is daily Kundalini yoga and meditation.
La Casa Shambala is located in the village of Wok Tum on the island of Koh Phangan in Thailand. The home is very secluded, tucked away, and surrounded by gardens and lush jungle. Koh Phangan is a lush green haven with a strong yoga culture. You will find a wide variety of like-minded souls there, and La Casa Shambala welcomes all new additions.
This yoga retreat includes five breakfasts, four lunches, and five dinners. All meals are made with healthy organic vegan foods. La Casa Shambala may be able to meet any specific dietary requirements including vegetarian meals, but please send them an inquiry first to be sure.
Please book your flight to arrive at Samui International Airport (USM). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request. This will be the quickest way. A cheaper option is to fly to Surat Thani International Airport (URT) or Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport (NST). Transports from and to Thong Sala pier are included during check in and check out.
After arriving at Samui Airport (USM), take a ferry to Pha Ngan. The ferry will take about 20 to 50 minutes and La Casa Shambala can arrange this for you at an additional cost. From Surat Thani International Airport (URT) or Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport (NST), you can take a bus to Donsak and a ferry to Pha Ngan.
The bus from either airport and ferry port takes about three to five hours. La Casa Shambala can arrange this for you too. The cheapest way to arrive is to take a bus and boat from wherever you are in Thailand. Times vary depending on your departure city.
