Installations

During this week, there are daily yoga classes, both for parents and for children. In addition, there is a light and optional program with various activities such as for example exercises in nature, care for and cuddling of animals, crafts, painting and sculpting. Some evenings there will be a nice campfire. And of course, there is plenty of time and space for yourself with your child(-ren) to go out.

Program

The program starts and ends each day with a yoga class for the adults. The kids have one yoga session a day with their age group. Experience with yoga and / or meditation is not needed. Everyone can participate at their own level. The program is meant for (grand) parents and children between 6 and 12 years. (For children of other ages please send an inquiry.)

During the yoga classes for the parents, there is a guided activity for the kids.

Please note that the maximum group size for this retreat is 12 adults and 13 children.

This retreat will take place in Midi-Pyrenees, France. The area has a long and moving history. Amongst other things, you will find prehistoric caves with carvings and stalactites and stalagmites. Apart from that, the Celts also left their traces, as well as the Romans with their thermal baths.

La Borde Blanque is an authentic French country estate situated on the crest of a hill with a magnificent view over the Pyrenees and surrounding countryside. The location offers various opportunities to be together as well as to withdraw for some private space, both indoors and outdoors. It has a private lakeside beach on the beautiful Lac de Montbel and is on the other sides defined by forest and the river Hers.

The property has a natural spring and bathes in the peace and serenity of the French countryside. You’ll find them on the border of the Aude and Ariège departments.

The unique environment of Borde Blanque offers a wide range of activities. During your free time, you can make beautiful walks along the rivers, through the hills, forests, and mountains with stunning views. La Borde Blanque is directly situated on the lakeside with it’s private beach, where it’s lovely to swim in the crystal clear water. There are facilities in the nearby area to go horse riding, canoeing, or rafting. You can taste the culture of France during a visit to colourful local markets. The area has a long and moving history, which you’ll find back in the old Cathar castles and pittoresque medieval villages.
