    Anurag always lives in a yoga and meditation state of mind and intention. Yoga and meditation are his passion and friends. He was born in one of the oldest pilgrimage place of India at Kurukshetra which is the birth place of the Bhagavad Gita. In 2013, he got the biggest award from Tirthodhar Sabha, Kurukshetra "The Yogi of the Year" in 2013 and 2014. Anurag has invited by many NGOs to deliver the lecture on "Yoga and Meditation for Woman". He has traveled many countries; the United Kingdom, Brazil, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Holland, UAE, and Oman as an instructor.
