You will spend six nights in a luxury accommodation. Set in a private home, which sleeps groups of up to 15 guests, you will enjoy an intimate experience together. You will have access to a luxurious pool, private lounges, and just footsteps to a private walk along the beach at anytime. You will experience amazing ocean views like no other.

Programme

Connect

The retreat is focused on allowing you the space to reconnect into you. The retreats are designed to connect you with your body and enable you to form new friendships with like-minded people.

Meditate

There will be a 20-minute guided meditation sessions designed to silence the mind and assist you in creating a daily practice that will rejuvenate your body and mind.

Move

The daily sessions will coach you on the ultimate energy in exercise techniques designed to suit your lifestyle and fitness level. These sessions are led by expert holistic personal trainers.

Train

  • The daily sessions will be led by industry superstar personal trainers designed to coach you on the ultimate training techniques to create a body you love.

Unwind

The coaches will give you specific techniques to assist you reduce daily stress and anxiety. Together you will practice these techniques to ensure you create new, healthy habits to help you unwind.

Workshops

  • The daily workshops include nutritional typing, raw food classes, stress management, motivational mind coaching and more.

Yoga

You will have daily yoga classes suited to all levels from beginner to advanced. Yoga classes are taught by industry leaders who will transform your yoga experience and reconnect you with your body, mind, and soul.
