Hébergement

During the retreat, you will be staying at a nice, small dive hotel with a maximum of 16 rooms. From the accommodation, you have the sea view in the front and mountain view at back. The accommodation has a swimming pool and sunbeds. Rooms have full glass walls and door on the front with a one-way view that allows you to have a view towards the pool and sea.

Programme

Daily Schedule

Day 1

19:00 - 21:00 Arrival at accommodation

Enjoy a cup of tea and meet with other participants as a group. Enjoy the meditation and quiet time before you rest.

Day 2

Rise for a morning yoga practice followed by breakfast. After the yoga class we go into silence. Enjoy a free morning to yourself or participate in a guided meditation session, followed by rest time. In the afternoon you can participate in meditation walk & movements and sign in for personal check-in. The day comes to a close with a late afternoon yoga practice before our meal. The day will end with a guided meditation.

Day 3

Rise for a final morning yoga & meditation practice, followed by breakfast. Enjoy the rest of the morning and we break the silence before lunchtime with a closing and sharing circle to complete our time together.

Professeurs

Jolinda Cath
Jolinda is a yoga instructor, photographer, massage therapist, reiki master, tour leader and travel designer. Originally from Holland with a background in creative therapy and social cultural work, she moved to Jordan in 2010. Along with over 20 years of experience in yoga and Vipassana meditation, she believes in the supporting and healing effects this group of activities has to each other. Feeling blessed and privileged to assist people with their own personal journey, it is Jolinda’s dream to have her own retreat & art center in the near future.

Repas

During your stay, you will be served daily healthy, vegetarian, and halal meals. You will have some light snacks on the arrival day and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the second day. There will also be a breakfast on the last day of your stay. Tea and water will be available throughout the day.

During your free time, you may enjoy wonderful hikes around the camp, visit the Ammarin museum, enjoy a camel ride around the area, or spend the night with beautiful pictures and instrumental background music. At the end of the retreat, you can go diving and enjoy the pristine of the local beach.

Arrival by airport

Please book your flight to arrive at King Hussein International Airport (AQJ) or Queen Alia International Airport (AMM). Transfer from and to these airports is available upon request.

Arrival by bus

When you arrive at Queen Alia International Airport (AMM), you can take the Jett bus from Amman to Aqaba bus station. This is a direct line. From the bus station, you can take a taxi to the hotel.

Arrival by taxi

From King Hussein International Airport (AQJ), you can take a taxi to the South Beach that will cost around 15 to 10 JOD.
