This retreat is for you if you want to discover your sacred self, to create a life of ease, grace, and flow, to feel fully held, to be seen and empowered, to create life-long friendships with incredible women, to let go of conditioning and limiting belief systems, to heal your womb trauma, to harness your divine feminine wisdom and intuition, and to live your highest calling and purpose. On the last night, the teams will offer an optional sacred plant medicine ceremony for those women who are ready to connect their womb with grandmother ayahuasca.
Ayahuasca is an Amazonian plant mixture (medicine), also known as the ‘vine of the soul’ and the grandmother medicine. Ayahuasca is taken as a liquid brew and induces altered states of consciousness for around four to six hours. Traditionally it is used ceremonially, facilitated by experienced shamans. Often times, the sacred plant visions are a doorway to meet grandmother ayahuasca, a benevolent feminine presence, who is described as a great being of love. The mythology around the brew often describes this divine feminine presence in archetypal terms as the ‘first woman of creation’. She is also described as residing in the ‘house of the waters’ (often symbolic of the womb) and is known to ‘drown men in visions’, another way of describing sacred sexual initiation.
If the seeker is sincere, mother ayahuasca can be a gateway to the alchemical marriage, where man and woman seek union with the divine creative power. Anthropologists Schultes and Hofmann say that “the hallucinatory experience is essentially a sexual one to pass from the erotic, the sensual, to a mystical union. It is the ultimate goal, attained by a mere handful but coveted by all.” It is credited to the fountain of life.
A womb blessing is an infusion of divine feminine healing energy. It is suitable for all girls from menarche on and for all women, regardless of whether or not they have a physical womb or whether they’re experiencing a cycle. A womb blessing is a transformative healing experience, awakening, and restoring your female energies and reconnecting yourself to the awareness of the authentic female nature.
A womb blessing is a gentle and healing way to honor times of transitions of major life events such as menarche, engagement, beginning of new partnership, marriage, pregnancy (the blessing is not recommended for heavily pregnant women), after birth, recovery from miscarriage, post-abortion care, menopause, and times of loss / grieving. There does not need to be a special reason for receiving a womb blessing. It is a beautiful, sacred self-care ritual that is amplified the more often it is received.
This workshop focuses on why women should be in tune with her cyclical nature and how to reconnect with her feminine spirit. MoonStruation is about understanding, healing, and harnessing the ever-changing energy of your moon / menstrual cycle through your bliss body. This is an opportunity to reconnect to your rhythms, befriend your body, decode your sensory messages, and ignite the power of your light with authenticity and ease.
This is a foundational, transformative course for any woman wanting to access and (re)awaken her inner authority and turn on the power of her presence. This course connects you to life-long resources that will feed your courage and clarity so you can begin making meaningful choices and take empowered action from a place of authentic personal truth.
Navigating through life in a woman’s body is no easy feat in the modern world. It is so easy to get stuck in the track of not enough or equally punish ourselves for being too much. However, the truth is that you are just right. When you make the space and take the time to embrace the is-ness, miracles can and do occur.
