The Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is a 50 hours intensive course and internationally acknowledged. It is tought in small groups of maximum 16 students in order to grant an intensive and personal mentoring during the whole program. You will get familiar with this exciting and very popular style of yoga which is a beautiful fusion of different movement arts like aerial artistic, hatha yoga, flow yoga, acrobatics and Nuad (Thai massage) put together in a holistic and healthy concept.
During this teacher training you will get to know a wide rage of different aerial yoga positions (asanas) which are supported through the yoga aerial fabric. You will learn how to create a fluid aerial yoga class and how to safely teach aerial yoga to others. You will receive a printed manual with detailed descriptions and photos.
Lisa Looping is based in Vienna and loves to travel across the globe to share her love for yoga and hula hooping with the world. Yoga has been part of her live for more than 10 years. In 2013 she felt her call to start teaching and sharing her practise. She is a certified Hatha Flow Yoga (200 h), Aerial Yoga and AcroYoga teacher. She is teaching weekly classes and monthly workshops at Yogafusion Vienna.
The retreat will take place in the outdoor yoga shala at Komune Beach Resort (4stars) which is only 50 minutes drive from Ubud or Denpasar Airport, Jl. Pantai Keramas, Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia. The yoga shala is covered with a very strong roof that is providing a multitude of aerial hanging points of approx. 3 - 4 meters hight. Right next to the yoga shala is a swimming pool for your convenience and the Komune restaurant is only a few steps away where you will have your lunch. The private beach and the infinity pool are only a short walk away. The great wind with waves of Bali are very popular for surfing.

You have the choice to eat lunch and dinner in the resort or at another restaurant close by on the beach.

There are some remarkable architectural and other sights to be found, and a general feeling of well being to be enjoyed, all thanks to the spirit, surroundings, and climate of the place. A big variety of different Yoga styles can be practiced here with popular teachers from all over the world in a multitude of different yoga studios and retreat centers.

The Tek Tok is a traditional Balinese dance that is accompanied by musical sound of mouth 'Tek Tok' altogether with various combinations of body movement and other sounds. Many performances of traditional Balinese dance are happening all around Ubud.
The Ubud Monkey Forest is a sacred nature reserve located near the southern end of Jalan Monkey Forest. It houses the temple of death, and approximately 340 crab-eating macaque (Macaca fascicularis) monkeys live there.
The Campuhan ridge walk is a hill from where one can see two rivers Tukad Yeh Wos Kiwa and Tukad Yeh Wos Tengen merge. There are one meter wide of paving block track about two kilometers to the top of the hill.
Kuta & Seminyak Beach are Balis most famous surfing hot spots stretching for about 3 kilometers on the south coast of Bali. Blessed by great waves it has become a famous tourist attraction with a big choice of hotels, bars, restaurants, night club, souvenir shops, shopping centers, entertainments etc. The beauty of this beach is complemented by the spectacular sunrise that creates the romantic nuance.
Bali is Indonesia's most popular dive holiday destination. Many visitors find the attraction of good shore-based resort divingset against a stunning back drop of huge, magnificent volcanoes and picturesque rice paddy terraces, simply irresistible.
Gili Islands are a great destination if you are looking for a remote island experience with excellent snorkelling and diving possibilities. Each island has several small resorts, usually consisting of a collection of huts for tourists, a small pool and restaurant. Automobiles and motorised traffic is prohibited on the islands by local ordinance, so the preferred method of transportation is by foot and bicycle or the horse-drawn carriage called a cidomo. Diving in and around the Gilis is also popular due to the abundance of marine life and attractive coral formations. From Ubud take a transport to Padang Bai (e.g. Perama bus or taxi) - about 1 hour drive. There you can catch all sorts of fast boats to the Gili Islands (1.5 hours on the boat).
