During this retreat, you will be accommodated in the lovely dormitory accommodation of Gayles Retreat.

Do Your OM Thing Yoga Holiday UK Program

In this retreat, you will experience a morning Yang practice of pranayama (breathing) and Vinyasa Flow. In the evening, you will enjoy a combination of Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga to soothe, soften, and ease the body into relaxation. After that, you will be balancing the heat of Yang yoga with the cooling and yielding Yin practice. You will finish the day with a Nidra yoga before bed.

During your free time, you will have a chance to walk through the countryside, take a stroll down to the beach, relax with a book or talk / discuss / ask questions about your yoga practice. You can also use the outdoor swimming pool (weather dependent) and the grounds.

Rosie Iles-Jonas
For Rosie, yoga is a journey. Over the years, she has unrolled her mat to study and practice Aerial, Ashtanga, Bikram, Feldenkrais, Forrest, Hatha, Pilates, Power, Restorative, Scaravelli, Sports, SUP, Yin, and Vinyasa yoga in South America and South East Asia. She is not wedded to one style of yoga because she likes to take inspiration from many forms of movement and physical therapy to create varied sessions.
