You will be staying in a beautiful and quiet location in an historical house from the 8th century. The accommodation is located in a big olive grove, only 2 km from the center of Alghero. Just outside the door there is a 5 km path in the countryside for jogging or running lovers. Your group will share a big house with common areas and a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a big terrace. It has 6 double room and 4 bathrooms. The facility offers a lounging area by the pool and barbecue area.
Break to Sardinia offers a holiday for yoga lovers who also appreciate the opportunity of exploring the incredible scenery and culture of the area and/or enjoying the free time to relax. In the morning the professional yoga teacher will lead Hatha yoga sessions in a garden surrounded by olive trees.
After breakfast the team will help you to organize your day, book tours that you may want to take or just advise you about places that you may want to visit.
Included in the package is the walking tour "Walk & taste Alghero old town". This is a two hour tour of the old town in Alghero where a guide will walk you through the most important historical sights and highlight the Catalan roots of the city. During the tour you will stop at the coral laboratory where coral expert, Davide, will show you how the fishing of the coral takes place and how he creates jewels from it. The red coral is an exclusive and traditional product of Alghero. The tour will end with a local product tasting along with a taste of two local and home made Sardinian wines, one white and one red. The guide will highlight places to eat and to visit and offer advice on other things to experience during your stay.

Alghero is famous for its artistic and charming Catalan centre, for the beach and for the beautiful coastline. The cozy, old town is the perfect place for shopping and for local food in small trattorias. The nightlife is also good, with bars and places to have tasty food until late at night.
Alghero is a very relaxed and safe place. The city has a fascinating history and a wide range of archaeological and cultural attractions. It is surrounded by wild beaches, perfect paths for trekking, the famous walls to climb around Capo Caccia and the amazing Via Ferrata. It is a small town and a perfect place to enjoy life in a relaxed way.
The coast is called the Riviera del Corallo because of the red coral that is all along the coast. Within 1 hour driving, it is possible to visit Sassari, the biggest town in the North of Sardinia. Bosa, a small fisherman town is just south of Alghero and Stintino just above and has Caribbean sea and white sand.
Your package includes 7 breakfast were we coffee, milk, tea, cake, blended fruit, scrambled eggs, local bread, honey, jam, cheese and Sardinian sausages plus one traditional Sardinian dinner.
For all other meals not included in the package, you can choose to visit one of the small Trattorias in Alghero that will delight you with local food.
