During this retreat, you will be accommodated in a shared room in a lodge. It is situated in a quiet surrounding with a serene atmosphere. Enjoy birds singing and absorb beautiful view from your window, all rooms are overlooking jungle terrace filled with flowering trees.


Enjoy the silent escape from your hustle life right into the very heart of the Phnom Kulen National Park. You will engage in meditation techniques, nature walks, and facilitated group sharing.

Jeoff Ghysels
Jeoff has found a piece of home in many countries during his several years of traveling around the world. While he was in India, he has deepened his practice in Vipassana meditation and began teaching yoga and meditation throughout his travel. With the background in skateboarding, Jeoff is a dedicated and passionate yoga practitioner and teacher. Free spirit through and through, his ever-winding path has led him to Cambodia, where he enjoys hosting meditation retreats and is passionate about the power of daily meditation.

This silent retreat will be held in Kbal Spean, Cambodia. It is along the way to the top of the mountain and is a serene and gentle place. The 1,000 carved lingas in the "Valley of the Lingas" or "River of the Lingas", as it's often referred to, are a tribute to the Hindu god Shiva. It is a revered spiritual place for Cambodian people. Kbal Spean is 48 kilometers from Siem Reap.
