Bliss Moodra Villas comprises of eight bungalows set among gardens and rice paddies. Built from local bamboo, stone, and timber with grass roofs, they are very simple and acknowledge a traditional style. Each one has its own character, with different views.

The bungalows are simple sleeping rooms. It’s cool at night, so there is no need for air-conditioning or ceiling fans. The private bathrooms are outdoors, surrounded by lush gardens. Whilst your bungalow is your space for privacy, there are many places to kick back and relax throughout the property.

Bring your book, settle into the cushions, and relax in the bale overlooking the rice paddies. You can also escape to the daybed in the library for an afternoon nap. Stretch out in the yoga bale in between sessions or take a walk down to the food stall and have coffee with the locals.

You won’t find mini bars or wide screens in your room. Your bungalow is a haven away from that world. This is your chance to sit on your balcony, while drinking fresh lemongrass tea, and taking in your surroundings.

The retreat includes one jungle trekking excursion and one visit to the water temple.

    Id Yani first fell in love with the practice of yoga in 2012. In her first class, she experienced a sense of peace and gift she had not thought possible. She began to learn that her outer world was her own creation, and a reflection of her inner world. In January 2016, she completed her yoga teacher training in Bali. Her classes involve love and accepting sequencing, with the purpose of deep exploration and embodiment. She aspires to create a nurturing space to support the flow of energy, and cultivate harmony in the mind and body.

The retreat will be held in Singaprang, Bali, Indonesia. You won't find it on most Bali maps and most drivers don't know this area. If you are making your own way to the place, please ask your driver to contact Blissful Retreat in Bali's staff in advance of your trip.

The price of the package includes daily vegetarian meals, snacks, tea, coffee, water, and juices. The resort's kitchen has become famous for authentic Balinese food served village style. Nothing beats fresh seasonal food straight from the source. They have access to fresh ingredients and they can only be described as abundant, as so much of them come straight out of the ground or picked from a tree just a few hours before serving.

The resort has a simple village style kitchen. Fresh spices are ground daily with a mortar and pestle, while satays are grilled over a fire of coconut husks. Ingredients aren’t really measured. Flavors, as well as the level of sweetness or spiciness of a dish, change daily, depending on who’s cooking, availability of produce, and who’s eating. Some like it spicier than others. Meals are a time for sharing food, conversation, and time. There’s no rush over meals at the communal dining area set in the rice paddies.

These activities are run by other operators in Bali. There are a variety of packages. These can be booked for you in Bali with 24 hours notice. Prices range from approximately 70 USD to 150 USD for half day or full day activities. Here are some of the choices of activities:
