This yoga program is initiated for those people who wants to combine the yoga practices during their stay in Pokhara without missing the sight and beauty of the location whether it is mountains, caves, lakes, sunrise, temples, or peace stupa. It can be arranged with a single person or with a group of 15 or more people. In this retreat, guests and students will be introduced and exposed to different locations of Pokhara for morning yoga classes.

In this retreat, you will be staying at Atmashree Yoga Retreat. All the rooms at this retreat center are equipped with private bathrooms. You will have options to choose private single room or shared room that will be shared with two or three people. The rooms are available on first-come-first-serve basis.

Adityaratna came from a tiny village of south east Nepal.Living in a yogic environment from the age of 16 initially for 7 months in India then after returning back to Kathmandu & continuing his yogic journey in a yoga center in Kathmandu from 2004-2010.He dedicated himself in learning,teaching & promoting yoga practices involving in different activities of the center.In 2008,he went to India to deepen his yogic wisdom for 4 months in yogic studies course.From 2010 to 2014,he was in Bangalore teaching yoga in an ashram,conducted private classes and workshops.Now firmly based in Atmashree Yoga

In this retreat, you will be served three daily meals, consisting of traditional organic, Ayurvedic, and vegetarian Nepalese food, such as soup, salad, chapatti, rice pudding, rice, curry, herbal tea, milk tea, coffee, porridge, fruits, and yogurt. Bottled water will be provided and herbal tea is available throughout the day.

Activités et lieux à visiter

On your free time, you can do various activities such as cycling, hand boating, paragliding, bungee jumping, etc. You can also visit tourist destination such as Buddha stupa, caves, fall, temples, local village, and lakes. All of these activities are subject to additional costs. If you feel like reading, you can always borrow yoga related books at the retreat center. There is a lake just the front of Atmashree Yoga and you may spend your free time swimming in the lake which is clean and spacious. Ayurvedic Massage is available on request at 20 USD per person and per hour.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. You may stay overnight in Thamel (Kathmandu) which depends on your arrival in Kathmandu airport. Please book your flight coming to Pokhara in advance via Yeti, Buddha or Simrik airlines. After arriving in Pokhara Airport, you may take a taxi (costs 8 USD) and ask the taxi driver to call us so that he can be guided to Atmashree Yoga Retreat with ease. Atmashree can pick you up from Pokhara airport at your request (Please send the details of your flight to our mail)

Arrival by taxi

Once you have reached Kathmandu, please book a taxi and ask the driver to drop you at Atmashree Yoga Retreat in Pokhara. Please ask the taxi driver to call us so that he can be guided to Atmashree Yoga Retreat with ease. The distance from Kathmandu to Pokhara is 200 kilometers and the taxi fare is from 100 USD. It will be the wonderful drive of 6 - 7 hours witnessing the beauty of mountains, rivers, hills, and many more. Atmashree can pick you up from Kathmandu at your request (Please send the details of your flight or hotel to our mail)

Arrival by bus

Please catch a bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara which you can get on a daily basis from 6:30 am which costs around 7 - 10 USD. You can book your bus ticket from any travel agency after arriving at Kathmandu in Thamel area. Its a tourist bus with comfortable seats. After arriving in Pokhara, you may take a taxi (costs 7 USD) and ask the taxi driver to call Atmashree so that he can be guided to Atmashree Yoga Retreat with ease. Atmashree can pick you up from Pokhara airport at your request (Please send the details of your bus to our mail)
