Join Anelina Plati for a relaxing and therapeutic yoga retreat at Amorgos Greek island, the island of the film “The Big Blue”, that was shot in 1988 with Jean Reno. She will be introducing you to a new yoga technique named "Bowspring". The rooms are located right next to the beach with an exceptional beautiful area that combines contact with nature and the sea, which bend harmoniously creating a unique holiday experience. The absolute contact with nature, the simple and austere features of the sign are the elements that rarely meets. The stay will be unforgettable and you will certainly want to repeat your holiday at this unique spot.
You will kickstart your mornings with a Bowspring yoga practice, followed by a healthy vegan breakfast. After breakfast, you will have your own free time to rest, relax, or explore the island. In the evening, you will have another round of Bowspring yoga practice, followed by a delicious vegan dinner.
The retreat will be held in Amorgos, an island with intense Cycladic character, and is located on the southern side of Cyclades. Surrounded by the blue sea of the Aegean, Amorgos amazes visitors with the serene atmosphere, the picturesque villages, the crystal beaches, and the pure nature. In fact, Amorgos is a great island for trekking, as trails pass by ancient sites, secluded beaches, tiny chapels, and give gorgeous view to the sea.
Aegiali is located on the northern side of Amorgos. It is one of the two ports that connect Amorgos to the port of Piraeus (Athens) and other Cyclades islands. Although Aegiali is the most popular tourist place of the island, it keeps authentic its traditional character. The calm vibes and the natural beauty of Aegiali amaze visitors at first sight.
The large bay gives a long crystal beach to swim. This beach is lined by delicious fish taverns, beach bars, and seaside cafeterias with great view to the Aegean. This is the biggest beach on the island, with soft sand and clear waters, starting from the port of Aegiali following the shape of an arch. It is ideal for anyone, including families with children. The inner road of Aegiali has tourist shops, mini markets, and other facilities to cover all needs of visitors.
