    Akshi Yogashala provides comfortable, clean and spacious rooms for single or shared accommodation. The rooms have double beds, cupboards, chairs, table and some necessary furniture. Rooms have modern amenities including an attached washroom with 24-hour supply of cold and warm water. The mind blowing view of beaches and greenery outside the windows increases the delight of the yoga and meditation course experience.

    Akshi Yogashala’s 200-hour yoga teacher training is a very well thought and discerning effort to branch out South India. The presence of sincere and dedicated Indian tutors has transformed the outlook of this program into the most authentic, disciplined yet amusing and fun-loving course. The traditional and modern day practices are merged to form a well-sketched program that includes daily yoga, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga classes and lessons on anatomy.     • Vivek Arya

      Vivek Ji est connu pour la réflexion qu'il apporte lors de chacun de ses cours. Il est très instruit et sa passion pour le yoga a commencé très tôt. Son père a su le voir très vite et l'a encouragé à devenir un yogi. Vivek Ji a passé 15 ans à apprendre le yoga dans un ashram, mais son envie d'apprendre l'a mené jusqu'à l'Himalaya où il a suivi des cours mystiques avec les sages.       Yogacharya Sandeep Pandey Ji est un maître de méditation et de pranayama. Il a appris les techniques de méditation et de relaxation dans différents ashrams de Rishikesh ce qui lui a permis d'acquérir une connaissance profonde des différents aspects de cet art. Il a débuté son voyage comme disciple du gourou Swami Veda Bharti Ji du ashram Rama Sadhaka alors qu'il n'avait que 11 ans. Il fait actuellement un Ph.D en yoga et enseigne la méditation et le pranayama au futurs yogis.

      Le charme de Yogi Ashish réside dans son style d'enseignement dynamique et sa personnalité attirante. Il enseigne le yoga depuis 6 ans et a démontré sur cette courte période une maîtrise exceptionnelle de l'enseignement. Il a appris le yoga à l'école internationale de yoga Ved Niketan Dham à Rishikesh et a obtenu un master en science yogique de la Sanskrit University à Uttarakhand. C'est un grand voyageur qui aime explorer de nouvelles choses. Il a aussi suivi de nombreux séminaires et ateliers sur le sport, l'éducation physique et le yoga.

      Yogi Vikas est un professeur de yoga reconnu pour son style exceptionnel d'enseignement. Il a reçu le prix d'excellence du World Yogasan Championship. Il a étudié le yoga à la fameuse école Vishwaguru School of Yoga “Ved Niketan Dham” à Rishikesh. Ses 4 années d'expérience en enseignement lui ont permis de développer des habiletés pour comprendre les besoins de ses étudiants et leur enseigner avec précision et un œil vif pour ce qui est des détails de chaque aspect du yoga.

      Tanushree enseigne les asanas, le pranayama, la méditation et d'autre formes de yoga aux gens avec une grande précision et de la dévotion. Elle évolue dans le milieu du yoga depuis 7 ans ce qui lui permet d'ajouter de la nouveauté et de l'authenticité à sa pratique. Elle a fait des études post-graduées en yoga à la Sanskrit University de Haridwar. Elle a aussi fait une formation de 6 mois avec Ved Niketan Ashram et une formation de professeur de yoga de 200 heures avec Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul. Elle a participé à de nombreux séminaires internationaux et conférencière pour Californication beauty and spa au Kazakhstan.

    The training program venue is located at the heart of Gokarna in the Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka. Gokarna, popularly known as the temple city, is situated in between Gangavali and Agnashini rivers in the western coast of India. Surrounded by Manglore in the south, Bangalore at its east and the Arabian sea at the west, Gokarna is constituted by several magnificent temples displaying ancient architecture and extraordinary art. The temple houses, believed to be Lord Shiva’s Lingam, has escalated the religious value of the place in the eyes of pilgrims. The new location of Gokarna sets a perfect venue for conducting the new 200 hours teacher training course for its huge space and peaceful surroundings.

    The trained chefs at Akshi Yogashala have the responsibility of preparing healthy, protein rich and fresh food to feed the guests three times a day. Their specialty lies in the use of oriental herbs, organic vegetables and spices to prepare Ayurvedic food that takes care of the nutrition of the guests. Tea will be served 3 times a day for refreshment. The menu is decided in compliance with the physically demanding requirements of the program. Only vegetarian food is prepared with an aim to support the healthy food routine of the participants.
