Karey is a life coach and Vinyasa Flow yoga instructor whose magnetic and bubbly energy empowers and ignites the soul. She is co-owner of Branch Yoga and Forks of the Credit Inn.
Lindsay Vandenhurk
Yoga Alliance RYT 500 (Yoga)
Known for her inspirational teaching style and ability to create a safe and sacred space for students to practice, Lindsay's classes are a blend of Kripalu/Vinyasa Flow yoga infused with yoga philosophy, technical alignment and her heartfelt humour. Her classes emphasize non-judgmental self-awareness, developing witness consciousness, being present in the moment and the practice of yoga beyond the yoga mat. As a full time yoga educator and global retreat leader, a retreat experience with Lindsay will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and inspired.
