Stacie CC. Graham is a certified Hatha yoga instructor as well as a certified life coach. As a practitioner, she is dedicated to the lineages of Iyengar and Kundalini yoga. She travels to India every two years in order to study and honor the origins of the tradition.

Ratna Bhavani

Ratna Bhavani is an Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher who has been practicing for over 12 years. Her main interest is in bringing the two sciences together so one can have a 360 degrees understanding about health as advocated by the Vedic sciences. Her methods and techniques are simple and accessible.
