Expert tip: This is one of the most popular yoga retreats offered in Greece.
Spend eight days of yoga holiday with Foodpath Center and take time to learn the art of letting go. Does the idea of combining a vacation with a yoga retreat experience this summer sound good to you, but you are uncertain if you will be able to physically keep up with the classes and activities? Are you hoping for quality and experienced instructors who cater to all levels of yoga practice? If the thoughts above have crossed your mind, Foodpath Center would like to invite you to escape to a yoga retreat designed to unplug, slow down, observe your thoughts, and enjoy the moment, for as long as you can!
Welcome to Foodpath Centre: A Haven of Simplicity, Soul, and Sea
Tucked in the quiet heart of the coastal village of Paleros, Foodpath Centre is more than just a yoga guest house—it's a living expression of four timeless elements: food, spirit, art, and nature. These forces weave together in harmony to create a retreat space that nurtures the whole being. Family-run and deeply rooted in heartfelt hospitality, the Centre is nestled in a charming neighbourhood just a four-minute stroll from the sea and local shops, where the pace of life softens, and your inner rhythm finds its way back home.
Upstairs Rooms: Sea-Facing Spaces to Share
High above the garden, four spacious rooms open to balconies that gaze southwest, catching golden sunsets and views of the sea and lush surroundings. Each room is fitted with four single beds, making them perfect for friends or families to stay together. You'll find cozy touches throughout: a private bathroom, mosquito nets for summer nights, a mini fridge, air conditioning, and even an infrared heater for the cooler seasons; comfort in every detail.
Garden Rooms: A Quiet Nest Among Flowers
Step into the garden, where three warmly decorated rooms await; ideal as singles or doubles and with space for an extra bed if needed. The air is sweet with blossoms, and a stone well anchors the space in tradition. An open patio invites you to sit, sip tea, and connect with fellow guests beneath the trees.
Sacred Spaces for Practice
When the morning sun grows too warm or the evening air turns cool, the indoor studio becomes a cocoon for practice. Intimate and serene, this space allows you to sink deeper into yourself and the collective rhythm of the group; a sanctuary for movement, stillness, and reflection.
Thoughtful Comforts
Daily cleaning and on-site laundry facilities make your stay easy and carefree. Every detail is lovingly considered so you can focus on what matters: your breath, body, and presence.
More Than a Stay: A Spiritual Homecoming
With over 15 years of experience in conscious living and soulful teaching, the Foodpath Centre is a place of ongoing practice and evolution. You'll feel it in the way the home holds you, in the warmth of the people, and in the quiet invitation to simply be.
Once upon a shoreline where the olive trees meet the sea,
There lies a place where time softens, and breath becomes poetry.
You arrive with a suitcase, a curious heart, and a mind full of noise—
Seeking not just a holiday, but a gentle return to yourself.
At the Foodpath Center in Paleros, Greece,
The days begin with sunlight spilling through linen curtains
And the quiet stretch of limbs awakening on the mat.
The Aegean hums nearby, a lullaby to your senses,
While seasoned guides invite you to move, to rest, to simply be.
No pressure to perform, no need to keep up—
Here, every posture is a whisper, not a command.
You’ll eat from the land, you’ll laugh with strangers turned friends,
And each evening, the stars will remind you
That presence is the most beautiful place to live.
So if you’ve wondered whether a yoga retreat could be for you—
If you’ve longed to slow down, to listen, to let go—
Come walk the food path, and stay a while.
Your body will thank you. Your soul already knows.
Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is pause. Step away from the rush, listen to your body, and move gently toward clarity and inner peace. By choosing to spend these days in beautiful Paleros, you've already taken the first step on a transformative journey, and they're here to guide you every step of the way.
This retreat is an invitation to soften, release, and reconnect, not only with nature, but with the quiet wisdom within. Each moment is designed to help you feel grounded, nourished, and deeply in tune with yourself.
On arrival day, you’ll be welcomed into the serene space with a delicious dinner and the chance to meet your yoga instructors and the caring support team who will accompany you throughout your stay. From the beginning, you’ll feel held in a space of ease, openness, and support.
Mornings begin at 8:30 with gentle breathwork and an energising yoga practice. This is your time to awaken your body, open your heart, and start the day with clarity and intention.
At 10:00 , gather for a nourishing brunch, prepared with love to fuel your day. Afterwards, the afternoon is yours. Whether you wander to the beach, rest under the trees, journal, or join in optional group activities, you are encouraged to follow the rhythm of what your body and spirit truly need.
As the sun begins to set, you'll come together again at 17:30-18:00 for the gentle afternoon sessions. These may include meditation, restorative yoga, or spontaneous workshops based on the group’s energy. The approach is intuitive and flexible; each day is a co-creation shaped by presence and compassion.
At 19:30 , you'll share a wholesome dinner, followed by unstructured time to relax, reflect, or simply enjoy the company of others under the starlit sky.
This retreat isn’t about perfect poses or pushing boundaries. It’s about learning the art of letting go; of old habits, tightness in the body, and patterns that no longer serve you. Together, you'll reflect on your journey, explore your inner landscape, and uncover the beauty that unfolds when you truly listen to yourself.
Your body already knows the way. Let Foodpath Center help you follow it; softly, consciously, and with heart.

Georgia has always sought ways to let her body evolve, create, and express through movement. Yoga began as a release for physical tension but soon revealed deeper benefits that drew her in. She completed 200-hour and 300-hour RYT trainings at EYS, alongside studies in Yin Yoga and Thai Massage. For Georgia, yoga is a way to connect with yourself—where movement and breath flow naturally, softening both body and mind. Her classes center on breath-led movement, encouraging presence, emotional awareness, and personal exploration on and off the mat.
Kalliopi began her yoga journey after a serious injury, initially seeking relief and healing. Soon, yoga became much more—a practice of respect, gratitude, connection with body and breath, and the freedom it brings. This deep bond inspired her to complete the 200-hour Teacher Training. Her classes blend dynamism and flow, with breath at the core of every movement. She aims to create a safe, supportive space where students can explore their potential mindfully, honoring their bodies and the present moment.
