Budi Ayu is a beautiful locally run homestay within walking distance from the Ubud Yoga Centre. The accommodation offers 24-hour front desk support, an outdoor pool and free WiFi access in public areas. The air-conditioned rooms have a private bathroom fitted with a shower.

FlyHighYoga™ offers versatile program for new yoga teachers, as well already existing ones, who would like to delve deeper into their practice, knowledge and widen their perspectives.
The program consists of all basic yoga knowledge such as, yoga philosophy, anatomy, adjustments, sequencing, yoga practice and practice teaching, teaching methodology, meditation and pranayama sessions, as well additional topics to help you develop your personal strengths and bring you on a higher level of consciousness.
The teacher training program is oriented on gaining good knowledge and real understanding of your body, it's correct alignment and adjustments, as well understand the dynamics and needs of a yoga class. You will gaining self-confidence and self-trust as a yoga teacher and delve deeper into developing your mind, body, and spirit.
All students are encouraged to find and explore their full potential and discover their inner strengths. FlyHighYoga wants all of the trainees to find their true selves and to discover what they already have to offer and build on that. FlyHighYoga's mission is to give each of you a toolbox and confidence to use them in your personal practice and teaching.
FlyHighYoga™ incorporates fun, integrity, mindfulness, courage and community. They all take an important role in everything they do as well as connecting the elements on the teacher trainings.
The training is based on holistic and non-dogmatic principles. The hours are broken down into the following subjects based on Yoga Alliance standards.
Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Registration with Yoga Alliance provides a globally recognized credential.
You will have an excursion to a white sand beach, also called Virgin beach and a priestess visit; visit of modern temple, Besakih and blessings of high priestess Jero Ayu at her ashram.

Jose is the founder of FlyHighYoga and its main teacher. He teaches teacher training all over the world, from Bali as it began, to China, Malaysia, and Europe. He is a long-term yogi, practicing and teaching different yoga styles, like Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga. He combines all his knowledge in his specialty, biomechanics of the human body. As the father of FlyHighYoga, he takes care of the quality education of its teachers and educates its trainers to help him spread the knowledge and passion of FlyHighYoga.
Jeremiah Abrams is a Jungian therapist and author based in Ubud, Bali and San Francisco Bay area. A popular teacher, Jeremiah is considered a leading expert on the human shadow. His books include the best-selling Meeting the Shadow: The Hidden Power of the Dark Side of Human Nature; The Shadow in America; and Reclaiming the Inner Child. His 3-CD audio program, The Dreamtime Journey: The Path of Direct Experience is a shamanic journey in a box. He's focusing and personal and spiritual development. His dives deep into a Jungian perspective and shows people how to remove the barriers to love.

Natalie was born in South Africa where she completed her 4-year business degree at University of Pretoria before immigrated to Indonesia in 2014. She became a FlyHigh Yoga Teacher on Gili Islands in 2015 and continued teaching for a year before completing her 200-hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. Now living in Ubud, Bali, Natalie is a full time teacher, teaching FlyHigh Yoga and Vinyasa at Ubud Yoga Centre. Having a keen sense of business and a passion for yoga, Natalie manages to merge both fields in a creative, fun and personal way in order for people to find their true potential.
Egwin Ertl has been an educator and teacher of consciousness, movement and holistic development for more than 17 years. Building on a broad background in therapy, movement, dance, sports, martial arts, energy work, meditation and personal development his true passion is to educate and empower people using basic principles rather than rigid systems to develop and learn about their own abilities for growth and a healthy conscious life. He is the founder of “Beyond Systems” a system free approach to personal/ spiritual development and movement and teaches international workshops and retreats.
Maite is Yoga Alliance certified teacher and founder of Mandalablue Yoga at Blue Marine Dive Resort on Gili Air. Maite has been teaching Vinyasa Flow, Yin yoga, Flyhigh yoga and Hatha since 2012 in Germany and Indonesia. With a background in the creative industry, Maite knows from own experience the impacts of stress and a settled lifestyle in our lives, bodies and minds. After two years in between Europe and South East Asia, she finally decided to open this oceanfront studio in conjunction with Blue Marine Dive Resort on Gili Air.
Bali is known by its magical vibrations and beautiful sceneries. From beautiful beaches, to magnificent volcanoes and calming rice paddies, kind and smiling people and Balinese culture that gain its reputation all over the world. Many healers and yogis found their place or at least one time experience on this energetic part of the world, known also as Island of Gods.
Ubud lies in the center of Bali, in the heart of rice paddies, even more interlaced with Balinese tradition that the other parts of the island. Ubud is one of the world’s most popular cultural, art, yoga and food destination. It is known as the “Mecca of Yoga”, attracting many yogis from all walks of life.
Ubud Yoga Centre is settled in a beautiful location, only a five-minute drive from the center of Ubud Village. Built with strong sustainable and eco-friendly principles in mind, the UYC offers a stunning view, straight into the Ubud jungle. UYC is equipped with three magnificent yoga shalas, shower facilities and lockers, kids center, healthy café serving delicious meals and coffees, and an onsite yoga store offering the latest yoga fashion trends and accessories.
Breakfast will be prepared and served at the Ubud Yoga Centre, where they put special emphasis on quality and nutritional value. All meals are vegetarian with vegan options.
For a self-service breakfast in a buffet style you can choose from different locally grown fruits, cereals/granola, yogurt, milk, tea and coffee. All the food is prepared from local organic ingredients.
You will have one day free each training week, four days free in total. Free days are meant for you to rest or you can use them to do a bit of sightseeing on Bali.
You can relax in one of many spas in the area - enjoy a massage, pedicure, manicure, scrub, a healing therapy, etc. For the active lovers, there are many sites to visit in and around Ubud to keep you going and exploring.
Visit one of the many temples Bali has to offer such as the famous Elephant Cave, take a daily bike ride along the hills and rice paddies of Ubud, visit the famous rice terrace Tegalalang, climb the volcano Batur, visit one of the famous dance performances (Kecak or Legong dance) or visit one of the beaches close to Kuta, Seminyak, Uluwatu or Nusa Dua.
On one of your free days, FlyHighYoga will take you on a special trip to a white sand beach, also called Virgin beach, where you can snorkel, relax, sunbath and have fun. Picnic on the beach is included.
Book your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). You can fly directly to this airport or first to Jakarta (the capital of Indonesia) and than take the local flight to Denpasar. Transfer from Denpasar airport will be organized by FlyHighYoga upon request.
If you decide to arrive on Bali by boat (ferry or speed boat), you will come first to Padangbai harbor. From there you can use free shuttle service, organize by a boat company, that will bring you directly to Ubud. Transport from center Ubud is available upon request.
