Mie has studied yoga with various teachers and styles while living in Japan, Tanzania, the United States, and England. Mie has initially studied and practiced Ashtanga yoga, however she now practices and teaches a combination of styles and teachings, predominantly Vinyasa Flow yoga, a dynamic, creative, flowing style of yoga. Mie is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School and experience of beyond 1000 hours of actual teaching.
