"I did my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Helen Cloots of Floating Yoga School. I did a ton of research into which program I was going to join and it was hands down the best yoga teacher training around. Helen wanted to make sure it was a great fit and that it was the right training for me and the journey through life that I want to be on. Helen’s amazing. She puts her students before herself and really makes sure that everything runs smoothly. She anticipates pretty every situation far in advance. I can’t say enough positive things about her. I just signed up for her yoga and adventure retreat in Hawaii next month. Thanks Helen!"

"I did my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Helen Cloots two years ago and it changed my life!! I had been thinking about doing a teacher training for a while, but I never found one that seemed right for me. After studio hopping for a while and inquiring into close to a dozen trainings, Helen was the first teacher to sit down with me and help figure out what kind of training would be right for me, she treated me with respect instead of just a tuition check. I loved my journey with her, she’s an incredible teacher and mentor. Since my teacher training, I’ve also been on two yoga retreats with her, one was a healing and meditation retreat, the other was a nutrition and farm-to-table retreat. Next up is doing my paddleboard SUP yoga teacher training with Helen this fall. I can’t wait."
