This training follows Yoga Alliance requirements.

Besides yoga, you will also do some meditation. There usually are three days of scheduled activities and then one day off to do whatever you would like. All in all, you will get two days off per week to explore beautiful Oregon.

Helen has hosted retreats and workshops around the world. She has extensive experience in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, corporate wellness and yoga, Therapeutic yoga for depression, drugs and alcohol recovery, and Chair yoga. She holds a Master of Public Health by Columbia University and Bachelor of Arts Sociology by Rice University. She considers herself a career yogi, aspiring writer, and a people connector.
