Mary Susan has been practicing yoga for over 18 years. Many describe her energy as contagious and find her nurturing and patient style of teaching to be welcoming and supportive. She fuses her yoga, meditation, SUP, and SUP yoga classes and workshops with her grounded yet light-hearted nature. For her, being a student of the practice of yoga is as important as being a teacher. When she is not working and teaching herself, you can find her in a teacher training or yoga intensive somewhere around the world with her forever teacher, Maty Ezraty.
This SUP yoga retreat will take place in Estes Park, Colorado, USA.
