Finlay is a certified Forrest yoga teacher, Forrest yoga guardian-in-training and Senior Yoga Alliance teacher. He is the founder and principal teacher of Heart Space Yoga and Bodyworks in Dundee and is a widely sought-after international yoga teacher. Finlay began yoga in 2007 following surgical procedures on both legs and used yoga for his rehabilitation. Finlay has completed over 1000 hours of training with Forrest Yoga Certification Programmes along with over 1000 hours of Ashtanga and Vinyasa training.
This retreat will take place in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Nestled within the lush nature of Mae Ann Valley, The Pavana Chiang Mai Resort boasts its spectacular grounds of over 100,000 square meters on the hills of Mae Rim countryside.
You will be served 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 3 dinners with organic farm produce. You can also have other meals at the resort by visiting its restaurant that offers great taste and benefits of vegetarian, vegan, and raw food.
