Finca Las Tortugas focuses on basic training in the philosophy and teachings of the ancient science of Ayurveda for a healthier lifestyle. You will learn about both the concepts and the practice of this ancient medicinal science. This one-week course will be taught in a beautiful peaceful location, Finca Las Tortugas, surrounded by Mediterranean forest, which will provide homes for you as well as the facilities and perfect conditions for the lectures, massages, yoga lessons, and meditation.
Finca Las Tortugas offers double and single bedrooms. Bed linens and towels are provided.
This program is a guideline of the activities and is subject to some changes according to special needs of the participants, weather, and other conditions. The course includes daily activities like yoga and meditation, one Abhyanga massage per participant during the week, Ayurveda lectures, and detox vegetarian menu. A walking excursion in the beautiful southern coast of Mallorca will also be planned throughout the week. The arrival and departure days are free of activities.

Daiana Romero Zambrano, began learning yoga ten years ago. During her trip to the Amazon jungle in Brazil, she was initiated in the practice of free/ integral yoga, where she studied the method created by Edson Moreira and applied at her clases in International Amnesty, Paris. Meanwhile she studied music and art of sound, being interested in sound therapies and singing, which are important parts of her yoga classes and workshops, fusing yoga and music in an innovative way Integral yoga helps the harmonious development of every aspect of the individual.
Shaman Duke Lebrun
Shaman Duke Lebrun, french chef, views food preparation and eating as an integral way to nourish the body, mind and soul. As a vegetarian chef, he artistically combines these 3 aspects: the pleasure of the food, the nutrition and awareness of ecology. Food as primary daily medicine can improve the relationship between body and consciousness. Caring for our Self also can inspire us to support the environment.
This retreat will take place in Campos, Mallorca, Spain.
You will be served a complete diet program for the week including breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Snacks and drinks outside the dietary program are not included.
During the retreat, you will receive a four hands Abhyanga Ayurveda massage.
