Join this relaxing and rejuvenating yoga holiday in scenic Spain. The retreat will be held at Finca Las Tortugas which is surrounded by nature and with a quiet environment that is perfect for the yoga practice, Ayurveda abhyanga massage, healthy food, and meditation. The program provides a holistic combination of activities designed to harmonize body, mind, and soul.
Casa buena vista consists of a bright living room with a roomy spacious balcony with beautiful views of the countryside, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a cozy large kitchen with dining space. On the ground floor, there is a terrace with barbecue area, garden chairs, and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower.
Casa capilla has a large living area with open kitchen, two spacious bedrooms with built-in closets, a large bathroom, private terrace, garden shower, and barbecue.
Casa de piedra has one double bedroom. It is fully furnished, with kitchen, a large bathroom, living room, private terrace, garden shower, and barbecue.
Finca las tortugas has three separate units good for 10 people.
Saturday and Sunday are free days with breakfast included.
Some yoga and meditation sessions will be held in places outside the Finca grounds. The nearby natural Estrenc beach is one of those places.
Daiana Romero Zambrano, began learning yoga ten years ago. During her trip to the Amazon jungle in Brazil, she was initiated in the practice of free/ integral yoga, where she studied the method created by Edson Moreira and applied at her clases in International Amnesty, Paris. Meanwhile she studied music and art of sound, being interested in sound therapies and singing, which are important parts of her yoga classes and workshops, fusing yoga and music in an innovative way Integral yoga helps the harmonious development of every aspect of the individual.
Shaman Duke Lebrun
Shaman Duke Lebrun, french chef, views food preparation and eating as an integral way to nourish the body, mind and soul. As a vegetarian chef, he artistically combines these 3 aspects: the pleasure of the food, the nutrition and awareness of ecology. Food as primary daily medicine can improve the relationship between body and consciousness. Caring for our Self also can inspire us to support the environment.
The retreat will take place at Finca Las Tortugas in Campos, Mallorca, Spain.
The retreat includes a complete vegetarian diet program for the week, providing Tea/Infusions, breakfast/brunch, and dinner for the participants.
Included in this retreat is one Ayurveda Abhyanga massage per participant throughout the week.
