"I would highly recommend Finca al Limon yoga retreat. I went for a four-night stay and everything was perfect. The teachers were all professional and very advanced yoga practitioners. I enjoyed the aero-yoga and all of the various workshops and classes on offer and I felt that my ability and well-being was enhanced over the few days that I was there. The house was stunning and the gardens were extensive, with a pool and beautiful lemon trees everywhere. The food was also very nutritious, locally produced and varied. I have told all of my friends and family to visit and I hope to come again."

"Finca al Limon is a beautiful, fun and challenging retreat full of warmth and generosity. Our host, Mar is absolutely lovely, is very thoughtful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home. The house and garden is huge and beautiful- there were so many lovely spaces to relax and enjoy and this was definitely appreciated after a class. Our room was lovely, homely but gorgeous, very clean and comfortable with a great en-suite.Our teachers were very knowledgeable and keen to share, help and challenge us. Everyone clearly has an authentic passion for yoga as a way of life and that passion is lovely to be around. It inspires a more thoughtful connection with yoga as more than a physical practice. The teachers had put a lot of thought into our classes and I hope they know that we appreciated their care! Although we were definitely challenged I felt the teachers were very respectful and kind if we weren't ready. Being encouraged to listen to your body is so important and it definitely felt like we were being cared for. I can't believe how much yoga was packed into a day, more than I would normally do in a week. The aerial yoga is amazing, I have never done anything like it and it is so much fun, very strengthening and creative- also, shavasana in a swing is bliss! Our teachers were super kind, friendly, interesting, funny and generous with their time. We loved chatting with them. The food, courtesy of two excellent chefs, was wonderful. I have never had such good vegan food, fresh, creative and cooked with obvious love and care so everything was full of flavour. There were always options at meals so in the unlikely event you didn't like something you would always have another choice.Writing this review makes me miss everyone, thank you all so much for your kindness!"

"I had a great break at Finca and would recommend it to anyone. After an easy drive from Malaga airport (I hired a car as I was staying on in Spain after the retreat, although the train from the airport rail station would have been a good option too) I arrived to a very warm, friendly welcome from Mar, who could not have done more to make me feel at home. The setting of Finca Al Limon is wonderful hills surround you in the distance - but you are living amongst the lovely lemon and orange trees, and Mar and her husband have made a great job of developing the accommodation and facilities to complement the environment."

"I had never tried Aero Yoga before but for anyone vaguely considering it I would say go for it! Mar is great at assessing your capabilities and tailoring the classes accordingly. She is very inspirational and immediately built my confidence to use the swing. We did a lot of mat yoga as well which, for me, helped iron out some bad habits that I had not realised had crept in to my weekly class. January is a great month for this type of break, the Friday evening class immediately helped clear the head and having the option to sit outside in between classes and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere meant I was very relaxed after the 4 day break. If you can find 4 days go for it! I would love to find time to go back and use the outdoor yoga platform later in the year." website, edited

"Thanks for a wonderful retreat. When I signed up for Aero yoga in Andalusia, I had no idea what I was in for. I came back from Finca Al Limn Yoga Retreats full of positive energy. Above all, Mar and Paul, the two owners of the Finca, have been such warm and welcoming hosts, making me feel like I was visiting friends rather than just staying in a hotel. I felt very comfortable in my room, and the food was delicious, with everything being organic and most coming from their own vegetable garden. I had come in two days early before the yoga retreat, to tune into myself before the retreat and simply enjoy the place - a very tastefully decorated Spanish country home with a generous garden of lemon trees, a swimming pool, spa and many comfortable corners to sunbathe and relax. It was early November and the sun was still blissfully warm and although the air was chilly, the rooms were provided with a small heater, so it would not be cold at night. At this time, I certainly recommend bringing some warm clothing and also, some trekking shoes, if you are keen on exploring the surroundings - the walkways can be muddy. The Aero yoga itself was a truly unique experience - a playful, creative twist to classic yoga, greatly strengthening the body and allowing you to defy gravity supported by the swing. It allowed me to re-discover my inner child and get a deep sense of calm, when relaxing in the swing. I can recommend this to everyone although a base level of core muscular strength is advisable. All in all, I had a great time whether you go for a yoga, Aero yoga or just a sun and relaxing retreat - a wonderful place to do so." website, edited

"Luxury personified with space and luxury in a beautiful lemon grove, close to Malaga and Cartama but more importantly no neighbors. BBQ, Yurt, Gypsy Caravan, I can't remember how many bedrooms; different spots to lunch in, to dine in, to swim in, to jacuzzi in, to sleep indoors, outdoors, swinging chairs, the best bar that you can run yourself in the world! You can make the place yours! I would live there if I could and as I can't I will continue to go back with friends and family forever."

"I can't fault anything about this place! Perfect setting for my friends wedding. I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of staying here. Close to the under/over ground so getting around was easy! Would go back tomorrow! Best holiday by far! Great friends and good times! Although I do need to check in to rehab due to depression from being back in the UK and the amount of alcohol that was consumed haha!"
