You can expect intensive immersion into Ashtanga Yoga practice, workshops about breathing techniques, pelvic floor, and Mula bandha wisdom, and deepening cyclic nature knowledge all led by experienced yoga teacher, Justyna Jaworska. We will be located in a designed villa with a pool in the remote village of Brač island and treat ourselves to healthy local food, hiking activities, and island hopping to Hvar and Pakleni islands. Each day you'll be served with two typical Mediterranean meals, always fresh and local. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available
'Villa Gumonca' is a luxury beachfront vacation house in the peaceful village of Mirca, near Supetar, the central town of Brac island. The 250m² villa offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the mainland as well as of the fragrant eco gardens with direct access to a small pebble beach. The path leading to the beach passes between a small vineyard and a garden featuring organic fruits, vegetables, and various Mediterranean herbs.
The outdoor seaside area features a large veranda on stone pillars that shades a dining table for 14, a wooden pool deck area with sun-beds, and a 24m² heated infinity swimming pool. The 320 m² interiors are design furnished. The villa can accommodate up to 13 guests and consists of a 4 bedroom main house and 2 bedroom annex.
On the house's ground floor are 3 bedrooms with suite bathrooms, each with its small terrace. On the first floor is a master bedroom which can accommodate up to 3 people. It has a big bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two.
The guest annex and the main house are next to each other and connected with porches and terraces. The annex consists of 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional gourmet kitchen. The shared space is a spacious living room with a TV set and fireplace, a dining area, and a long kitchen/bar island.

It is a day for settling in your room and having free time till dinner. It is your time to ambient; checking your villa Gumoca and surroundings, having a walk in the vineyard and the garden, swim in the sea or visit village Mirca. After dinner, we will set intentions for the week and have an introduction circle.
After morning refreshment with tea, coffee, and fresh juices, Justyna will hold an outdoor Ashtanga yoga class. Following yoga time, our in-house chef will serve the brunch made of fresh and seasonal delicacies. The afternoon is reserved for leisure activities, like massage, relaxing by the pool, swimming or simply reading the book and enjoying in the villa; your choice.
After dinner, Justyna will hold workshops about the breath's power and guide you into proper breathing techniques and how to apply them to our asana practice.
Our morning will start in the same way as in Day 2 and the and for the afternoon is planned tracking (appx. 2,5h) towards Mt Vidova Gora, the island's highest peak. From there is possible to experience the bird view of the Golden Cape, Bol, and the nearby island of Hvar and Vis.
Afterward, we will proceed downhill visiting Golden Cape and Bol, the most beautiful beach in Croatia and a protected natural area of the Adriatic coastline. This location is ideal for trying SUP, surfing or kiteboarding, and swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic sea. We will conclude the day's adventure with a glass of good island wine at sunset. The dinner will be served in the house once we arrive back.
After energizing with our morning routine, you'll have free time till dinner to explore the local village or relax in the villa's aromatic garden. If you prefer more active time, optional could be a kayak tour.
After dinner, Justyna will hold a workshop about pelvic floor wisdom and the importance of Mula bandha in asana practice.
Repetition is the mother of knowledge; says Zig Ziglar! After our morning routine with Justyna, we will embark on a boat trip towards majestic Hvar and the Pakleni islands. Firstly we'll visit Hvar, a location with charming Venetian architecture, numerous monasteries, the famous fortress 'Spanjola', and excellent bars and restaurants.
The second pitstop is the Hvar archipelago — Pakleni islands. Here we will have time to enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and refreshing with the 'best cocktails on Earth' at a famous beach bar 'Laganini'.
The dinner will be served in the house once we arrive back.
The 6th day will start with our usual healthy practice. The afternoon is reserved for leisure or discovering authentic villages and optionally attending a cooking class with locals. After dinner, Justyna will hold a workshop about the life of cyclic nature and its positive effects both in daily lives and in yoga practice.
We will persistently feed our last day on this adventure with our yoga practice and fresh local delicacies. In the afternoon we will visit a remote, cliff rock monastery from the 16th century where Hermits has lived till 1970. For more unique and magical details of Blaca monastery, you'll have to have the patience for me to narrate it for you live and on the spot. Once we are back home, we will be again delighted with the homemade dinner.

She is a passionate yoga practitioner, experienced yoga teacher, and tour guide. She was working for several years for one of the world's biggest travel companies, leading tours in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia and her love for travel, tourism, yoga, and adventures made her found Fige Yoga Adventures®. Sasha became a certified yoga teacher in 2018 in Croatia. Her teaching style is Ashtanga Vinyasa and she is skilled at demystifying complex concepts and making yoga feel accessible to beginners and teachers alike. Dog lover, she enjoys spending time hiking, swimming, and horseback riding.
Justyna is an Ashtanga Yoga teacher authorized by Sharath Jois. She has been practising this method since 2005 and sharing it in traditional form in Shalas around the world. She is now based in Poland, where she opened MERU Shala. It’s a space where she supports practitioners in all stages of life. She also holds the space for female circles, teaching about cycle awareness in practice and beyond. Justyna is also a pelvic floor therapist and applies this knowledge to her teachings. Our food is prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients purchases from local farmers, because we love to support the local economy.
You'll be delighted with two daily meals in our retreat, made by the in-house chef. Brunches and dinners are mainly vegetarian and vegan. The gluten-free options are available. Coffee and tea will be available throughout the day.
During your free time, you can swim in the turquoise Mediterranean sea, sunbathe, socialize with new friends, try SUP or kayak tour (Fige Yoga recommends sunset kayak tour), attend a cooking class with locals or book a massage. If you stay longer, they recommend you to visit Split or Dubrovnik.

Please book your flight to arrive at Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) or Split Airport (SPU).
From Split airport (SPU), you can book a private taxi (around 50 EUR) or take a shuttle bus (8 EUR) to Split. It is 30 minutes' long drive to Split bus station and to the port. From the port, take ferry to Supetar on Brač island. Ferry to Brač is one hour, and you can choose Jadrolinija or Krilo companies.
From Dubrovnik airport, take a taxi (30 EUR) or take a shuttle bus (8 EUR) to the main bus station. It is a few minutes' walking distance from the port of Dubrovnik. From here, you can use Jadrolinija line or Krilo line to Bol, Brač. Departures are frequent and trip is a long 4.5 hours.
