Program

This retreat experience is inspired by the subtle rhythms of nature and the wisdom of the elements, as experienced through the living medicine of Ayurveda and the yogic tradition. One of the founding principles of Ayurveda is that you are not separate from nature, you are nature.

This tropical paradise will provide you with countless teachings which you will deeply explore the times of day that are most ideal for practice or activity versus rest or contemplation. You will explore the season and unique ecosystem of the region and how the elements affect your own body, energy levels, and emotional or psychological experience.
